Originally aired on Friday afternoon, September 5, 1986 on WDIV in Detroit, Michigan. WDIV was and still is the NBC affiliate in the metro Detroit region.
There are two short clips here. The first is a quick weather update with a voice-over from meteorologist Mal Sillars. The second was students from Martin Luther King High School Class of 1986. "Project Graduation" was aimed at having students refrain from drinking and driving primarily during prom season, but these spots ran with many school throughout the spring and summer of 1986.
