The organizers really put issei and victor in top 32 huh. How whack is that? Edit: Also Victor took that, His flow, execution and Variety was on point. Issei did throw a great round but the music wasn’t vibin with his usual energy. I’m a big Issei fan but I notice throughout their rivalry Victor usually win because his rounds are complex, long, clean and it incorporates all layers and directions. Issei should have made his rounds long and he should have emphasized on that moved where he traverse the stage with his knees. Also that ending move was great but he should’ve executed a blow up for that to really nail.
Yeah, well there was something like a million rounds in this event. But yeah some of the match ups were wack. And obviously the setting etc, is pretty wack as well. Not of the fan of the Olympics dictating some of this stuff. Bland ain't a quality, and a lot of Olympic related stuff is super bland. It is an event with very little style. Bboying can bring more to the table, including making the thing more vibrant.
@@editing5157 yep I mean come on, you have two of the most famous bboy of their generation and you put them in the same bracket. Not just any famous bboy, two bc one champs at that.
It was an extremely loaded event with a lot of big names that didn't even get into top 32. Like hundreds of bboys entering, and pretty much all extremely high level. I don't think it was intentional seeding. Sambo has a youtube video with some behind the scenes that makes it make more sense. There was a top 128 before this lmao.
