Glad y'all made it home safely. For the home track and , I agree why risk the best 604 for a low pay race. I would go with the other motor, they are both good motors .Thats just my opinion😊

Can you do an explanation of the specs of all the different engines? What is a 602 Crate? Versus a 604 Crate? CID? What do the rules dictate? I think that would make a good video. Thanks for taking us all along with you.

602 is steal heads and 604 is aluminum heads.

@@loukim7412 yes and the 602 is 9:1 compression and the 604 is 11:1 compression. Both are 350 cubic inches. 602 is rated to have 350 horse power but depending on bolt on stuff you choose I've seen as much as almost 410hp. Out here we use those in our imca sport mods and the 604 in the A mods. Not sure what the A mod guys are getting hp wise out of the 604 but was told 475+. Hope that helps

Truck tip for removing that broken bolt. Take a nut that would fit on the bolt,. Center the nut on the bolt and weld the nut to the bolt on the inside of the nut. Turn out with a wrench. Teck tip, not truck tip. Lol

Ik your new and I only found you bc ol' Cleet but your content is honestly really good. You got a good sense of humor and a "well fuck let's figure it out" attitude. Your editing is on point so keep doing what your doing and more support will come. Just some advise as a viewer, there's not a big audience that watches dirt car stuff. Post more out of the box stuff that seems completely senseless and your name will be more popular. You might get a little hate but hate but, that's how you know you made it baby

longhorns aren't looking too good this year and I think Devin Moran has had the best running longhorn so far and maybe Joseph can take the Henderson car and do good with it also with that small cubic inch Ford power... as far as bristol, I was happy to see the bloomquist cars going really well and the custom race engines...

That small Cornett as you say is 440ci and more power and torque than there "big' motor SB2. Sound like you think a 20 year old design is going to be better than that Cornett nah man.Just some history on a SB2 the motor was designed for NASCAR for use as 358ci. In It's original form they motor was design to run it in narrow power band (top end). Once other forms of racing started using the SB2 they all started pumping cubic inches into the motor to get the torque back. So while people throw around big motor vs small motor especially when dealing a Ford Wide bore motor vs a SB2..In 2002 the dirt latemodel I worked for Had a 460ci SB2 which was new at time we ran it 4 or 5 races and we sat that motor in the corner so if we had one in 2002 what does that tell you ?

depends what class late model ? crate? late? super late ? do you want to win ? i would say $35,000-$100,000 realistically and that’s just to start , pick a different class
