Really interesting thing about chickens - they were domesticated from the Red Junglefowl in what is now Thailand, because they were able to reproduce incredibly fast as an adaptation to the multi-decade seeding cycle of bamboo plants. When they have a surge in food availability they go nuts laying eggs, and humans made use of that adaptation to invent Breakfast

Yep, I definitely feel the same as Mint in regards to asking people when you need help for whatever reason. That feeling that you're a burden in the situation and thus scared to even ask, or perhaps it's also the fear of getting a "No" answer being worse than not knowing. I know I've had friends telling me to ask if I need help and just finding it difficult to get out of my own head

I really feel like Minto learned so much today lol Also the reason to why you can't drink alcohol to kill bacteria is simply cause it's not always present in the blood. That and the fact that you would be very much not alive if you tried to reach the blood alcohol levels required to have an actual effect. Shark actually can be group based of how they spawn. Some lay eggs like the bamboo shark (mint show bamboo shark eggs), some hold the eggs until they hatch, spawning live hatchling. Some like riff shark, allow the hatchling to grow in their womb until it was strong and ready to be a predator. And these types of shark cannibalism their soon to be hatch siblings for nutrition in the womb.

I have a similar issue with texture like Mint said, for me mostly mushy textures, a sad one is Potatoes that aren't crisp or crunchy most of the way through I can't eat. As well as cheese but it's really weird because Pizza and burgers are wonderful but sometimes if my cheese is too gooey or if it's cold I either gag or feel like gagging with the cold cheese.

Finally caught up with the Podcast, been awesome to listen to at work!

Depending on breed and time of year, plenty of chickens lay less than one egg per day. Anyone who is getting eggs every single day even in the colder seasons and such, has lots and lots of chickens. ... Or has the chickens that are specifically bred and raised for industrial scale egg farming.

#of eggs also depends on the breed; layer breed will get close to an egg a day, but decorative ones can go as low as 2-3 a week. Sunlight also plays an important role; during winter chickens wil naturally stop laying for a while, but you can force them on with artifical light (you'll get eggs throughout the winter, but your chicken won't be as healthy and will stop laying permanently sooner). Got 3 little ladies currently who are keeping me well-supplied... and one of them thinks I'm a handsome rooster from time to time and get in a mating position XD

Personally I started feeling so Vtuber fatigue, too many up and coming so I narrowed it down to the few that I liked listening to and Ive been chilling since. If anything I aim to watch collabs more than solo streams which I learned I really enjoyed when Matara started collabing with Bricky. I know dick all about 40k but I cpuld listen to that man banter with others for days. Which given that was the reason I like listening to Matara, it was quite fitting that I found him through her. Also, podcast equipment should affordable to everyone cos as the saying goes, "Its best to have people think you a fool than to open one's mouth and prove them right." I for one think we all deserve to know who does and who doesnt have all their eggs in their basket.

I used to eat tamago kake gohan about once a week in the US. It is technically not safe (and can't probably ever get it in a restaurant), but the risk was low enough for me to just do it. I would love to try the restaurant like Matara was mentioning

I just want to give my two cents about trying Pop Tarts since Mata seems so excited about it. You see I was just in the grocery store yesterday and noticed that there were a ton of flavors of Pop Tart on the shelves, way more than I remember growing up. Since I doubt Mata and Giri can try them all, I figured I should mention what I think the quintessential Pop Tart flavors are (due to how common they are, not because they’re my favorites, I actually don’t like some of these). I would say the six to try are: Strawberry (frosted and unfrosted variants) Blueberry Brown sugar cinnamon S’mores Chocolate fudge Hope you like them or any others you try. Oh yeah, why I deserve a kiss… I’ll be honest I don’t feel comfortable asking either of you for a kiss even if it’s a platonic forehead one. Besides, Mint couldn’t reach my forehead anyway.
