Ryland for our high energy pup we put a leash on her and make her sit before someone enters. Hold the leash so she remains seated and have people ignore who when they walk in. Eventually our pup associated visitors with sitting and waiting for the visitor to greet her. Also when she body slams people they need to stay standed, turn away from her until she settles down. This has really helped with our puppy, she just turned 2

Before I walk out of the house I make my rounds, double check, and actually say aloud, "coffee pot off, candle out, oven off, door locked...' easier to trust myself after I know I said it aloud. I've lived with that neurotic worry for years. It gets worse with higher stress levels.

I'm a mama with chickens in Tennessee! Woo woo! Mine lay daily and are actually over producing rn! Buy its OK with me! I eat them everyday for breakfast, sometimes lunch or dinner! But they're sooo good! So much better than store bought! And $7-9 dollars! That's insane! They used to be $1-2!!!!

I didn’t tell anyone besides immediate family and friends that we went through IVF until our miracle turned one as it was SUCH a stigma… I regret that as I found out SO many in my circle were going through/had gone through the same thing. Time to end that stigma!! ❤ We did have 4 embryos, and only one resulted in a baby. We are one and done, sadly. I would have at least two more if I could but we’re just so blessed with our one ❤❤

Congratulations on your one! 🥰 maybe you could foster or adopt another one or two later if you’d still like to build your family - with 400,000 kids in the foster care system in the US alone (and that’s BEFORE the rush of abortion law changes… I hate to think what it’ll rise to next 😥) then that could be a really lovely way to make a life-changing positive difference to an innocent child who just needs to be loved. 🥹

@@emiriidesu it is really sad isn’t it? We are in Canada and it has been in our thoughts to maybe venture that way when our child is a little older. Our child really wanted a sibling and when we explained that we had four embryos and they were one of them, and they watched us do all the protocols for the last two embryos (the first embryo that didn’t take, was before our child) Well, my child is only four they are definitely advanced in their understanding of all kinds of different things. We explained the basic process of IVF to them and they watched dad give me the needles in my hip to try for another one and then we had to tell them that neither of our embryos worked to create a baby. They were sad, but they understood we tried everything we could I told them that I know they want a sibling badly and while we will venture down the road to either foster or adopt, it is not in our financial abilities right now, because of the IVF cost. So we said we will make the most as a family of three for the time being

Awww ryland! I wish I was closer to you... my husband is a service tech/foreman for a roofing company...he's been doing this since he was a teenager & he takes pride in his work. I wish I could just ship him over to u guys ... I've seen this man do tear offs & complete installation in 8 hours before & he does so impeccably & makes sure it all looks cosmetically pleasing. I hope u figure out the whole roofing thing. & lizze, I really hope ur week turns around & finishes on a great, successful note!!!! Love you guys so much ❤️ xoxo

Supposedly, both anchors were separated from their spouses before this was leaked. The network, after a lot of push back from fans, took them off air to investigate. They were later removed from the program permanently and negotiated to exit because of all the negative reaction to the couple. TJ Holmes was accused of having several affairs with subordinates as well.

Ryland Solution For Stove Fear. Get a indoor security camera e.g. Ring, set it on a shelf in kitchen aimed at stove and iPhone into camera and look at the knob positions. Problem solved. I do this for my garage door which is my freak out issue. I’m blocks away from home or in my bed and check the app and SEE ALL. Love the Sip.

Usually on national shows, and a lot of jobs now these days, there are clauses in the contract for legal reasons that are there to protect the company from legal action, prevent sexual harassment, etc. More so than inter personnel relationships. In case it goes sour it doesn't effect the job.
