It's a very nice house...so congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 I think the garden may be North or North East facing...which means you get sun and shade...but newr the patio at the front may be all shade...you may get a lot of mold and dampness there so good to use a pressure washer to deal with any mold.. if this is the case... the bathrooms is lovely...and the kitchen!!!
