Should be named Endless Maintenance.... which is par for the course on owning a vintage RV. Ask me how I know but it's a house on wheels so what can anyone expect?? Good luck to you excellent campers! The rubber gaskets are a thing. I drove my '78 BMW into a car wash with my daughter and we got soaked with the drips coming in!!! The haze on the windshield is the breakdown of the laminated layers in the glass over time. If you can get a new windshield it will also toss those sand and stone nicks on the old one!!

Happy Anniversary to you both! My wife and I have been married to each other for 32 years and have been together for 38 years! We are very glad you haven't given up on Clementine! Consider Clementine like a marriage. There will be problems and bumps along the way. But, you work through them, knowing that the end result will be many happy memories down the road that you will be able to look back on and enjoy! Congratulations on your 15 years! If you pry off the chrome trim ring on that wheel, you should be able to just reach the valve stem and/TPMS from the outside. You can also add a valve stem extension to the inner wheel that will push the valve further out.

If those wheel covers work like mine, there are 2 of the fake lug nuts that screw off to release the cover. They have little notches in them. I just went through the tpms thing with my own motorhome. Do your self a favor and get solid metal valve extensions, that come out through the covers. You might need to modify the wheel covers, but we'll worth it for convenience. If your motorhome has rubber valve stems the tpms could cause them to fail.

Regarding the floor scuffs, try scrubbing a walnut on the scuff and it should disappear. It sounded weird to me, but I tried it on a beloved piece of vintage furniture I scratched and it works! Happy Anniversary y'all 💜

If you look at many bathroom doors in newer campers, most of them have like a 1--- 1 1/2" gap "for air flow", so y'all are all good on that. You both have mad skills and perseverance. The fogging of the windscreen was the laminated glass de-laminating, a vehicle test fail here as can cause the screen to fail and explosively shatter sending shards into the driver. The inner wheel of dual wheels should have an extension on the valve so it comes through the outer. The wheels mounted so the valves are 180 degrees apart. Good luck with the propane tank fitting, I'd have changed to bottles and found an externally vented place to house them with an automatic changeover valve.

The milky white haze in the windshield glass is the glue that is sandwiched between the two pieces of glass. The glue ensures the glass breaks up into little pieces. The windshield would have been perfectly clear for at least five years from when it was brand new.

10:58 Speaking of a good scraper, I highly recommend plastic razor blades for this kind of job. It's awesome to have a sharp scraper to take stuff off that is also made of a soft-enough plastic so it's much harder to scratch your paint.

You guys are just amazing! So glad you were able to get these things taken care of. Here's a little tip for your scuffs on your floor that the bathroom door made: if you take a little dab of olive oil on a paper towel and rub on the scuffs, they will disappear. Honestly, I poured just a tiny bit directly on the scuff but I've been doing this for years as a housekeeper. You just buff it in good, and wipe up any excess.

They do make tire valve stem extensions for rear dually wheels. They are very affordable under $20. Makes it easier to check tire pressure from the outer wheel instead of going under the vehicle.

I believe you need different heavy duty hinges for bathroom door. You made a beautiful door out of solid wood. You need something more substantial than cabinet hinges or at very least more of the hinges you have, like 4 total to hold that weight of door.

Had you put the foam in a garbage bag then used a vacuum, It sucks the air out of the foam and makes it real easy to put the foam back in the cover. I have done it and it really works. The struggle I had was getting the bag out as the foam inflated again.

LMC truck is your friend for the door window rubber replacement...they are aftermarket and they take a little finesse but will make all the difference..no more leaks rattles and wind noise 👍

We had water issues in our class C. The water had collected in the cab over in the void under the bed and was dripping (pouring) into the cab. Check up above your visors.

When that flex seal starts to leak again sand it down to original surface and put a piece of glass fibre soaked in CA glue aka crazy glue, you can use glue curing accelerator if your in a rush

With no propane in the tank, take the screws out and give each a small shot of silicone. Might be something specific for that. You can also take it out and plug it. I'd use dope or tape on the plug threads.

We love flex seal. My dad and I actually sprayed the clear one all over the roof of the family motor coach. It worked great. We had a couple small leaks we couldn’t find. Patched them up great.

I have that monitor and I set the main unit on my truck bed to get it closer to the rear tires on my 5th wheel because I needed to add a repeater for my long trailer to the rear wheels to be picked up, anyway it fell off somewhere on the road. I emailed GUTA to see how much they would charge for just the unit and a repeater and I explained what I did and how it was totally my fault and they sent me a free completely new set and a free repeater which I never even had to begin with. I love those folks for sure.

Like others have said, Happy belated Anniversary and birthdays (since I think Allison's recently happened also). I'm glad I found your channel as well. I'm thinking about buying an RV and seeing an actual renovation (ups and downs) gives me some realistic expectations of what I'll be running into. Most of the channels show it all in one video--making it sound like they completely redid the entire thing in one day or week.
