@@22.250Rem yeah? Cool. My buddy had one of those and we rode Lake St Clair and it's always rough. After 40 miles his body was destroy. I had a three seater and just plowed through it and was faster 20 years ago. Leo's must haul ass.
Leo sucks. They need to get rid of him. He's fuckin lazy. The 2jp build could've been a lot bigger and more detailed. He's fuckin lazy and content has gone way down compared to the good ole days at Doug's house
I loved my 96 SeaDoo XP! Rode it for almost 10yrs before it blew up. Key to making it handle is leaning out instead of in, counter intuitive. 60+mph ski when it’s running good 👍🏻
@@DMoynLife I had a 93 XP when they were first released for many years, then picked up the 96 XP years later. The 96 XP 800 engine exploded summer of 2018, so now I’m on a 2018 Yamaha VX Cruiser H.O. 1.8
Jetski's are alright there not so much entertaining but coming from you guys the sxsblog crew you guys can make anything look fun been rocking with you guys for years an whatever you do is fun to watch and I'm glad to be a part of it.ha stay up gentleman Nick sous better go out next time dudes Hella funny
Since you guys picked Doug's least uncommon awesome machine, You all must get snowmobile's. Please show doug this. Bad-ass great times. Get my mind working.👍✌
Dude jetski's legit totally underrated. If you could take those jetskis down to the Florida keys. Beautiful crystal clear water, bring your snorkeling set, see crashed planes, boats etc. Stop at any restaurant on the water, meet up with a bunch of beautiful ladies at sand bar. Nothing better than living in a place we're people vacation!
I disapprove of Doug not getting a Yamaha. That being said, those older SeaDoos were pretty good. I picked up my first PWC this spring, a Honda R1200X.
doug is smart, not going to spend a bunch of money just in case i dont like it. smart man Edit: this is by far the most confidence ive seen outa matt since ive seen him on this channel
This video wasn’t long enough. I was lol’ing my ass off literally. I actually had to sell my turbo s, but I do still have my newish’ waverunner and it’s been a hell of a fun time so this vid makes me happy.
Tell Ricky, loose the bolt on flotation on the back. Aftermatket Pump Intake grate, exhaust, intake ribbon delete, prop, ecm tune. Worx's racing makes alot of good stuff. Wish I never got rid of my spark.
the best way to submarine on a sit down is to put both feet on one side like you are going to do a boondock in the powder with a snowmobile but rather than counter steering you turn into it. when you think you are going too deep just throw your leg back over the seat lean back and throttle out. I hope this helps. love the content, keep it up fellas!
Love the jet ski content and any content you guys put out. It’s not really what you guys are doing it’s how you guys do it and you always seem to have fun no matter what you guys do. That’s the best content.
Dude, I love the diversity of content you boys lay out. Ya’ll need to come to Louisiana and I can show ya’ll some great jet ski spots, sxs spots, and of course great food!!! 🤘🏻😁🤘🏻
I wanna see all the jet skis making a mega whirlpool. Said whirlpool starts some type of weather phenomenon, swallows the downtown area, lil Matthew is swept away in the aftermath, Doug out there saving people Capt America style, Rick laughs sinisterly as it all happens, Leo filming and telling the storm to lock the diff. ....or something like that, you guys decide..
I had a few buddies with sparks and didn't know they have sport mode. Hold down the button until it beeps then read the funny message it displays and press it again! Sport mode engaged! It will blow out your shoulder if your not ready for instant full throttle lol
Oh man that was a blast to watch LOL, great fun but we really, REALLY needed Sous out there enjoying such festiveties as this aswell with the guys, seems he missed out on a great aquatic rip😞...
I’ve got 2 of the sea doo 3D’s and they are a blast, you’ll have to find the go cart seat attachment for it and standing up on it with the seat folded in is fun too. It’s crazy they have 3 different riding postitions
You have no idea how sore your muscles are gonna feel after this ride. Jet ski’s are so much fun. Just stay safe, in a group, gotta have your head on a swivel!
The question is, when do you head out to the Big Lake and start jumping waves? The next 3 months is going to be the best times and of course, I'll join you :)
High five to Matt on tearing up the water with the 3D and submarining it. On the next video, we want to see someone riding backwards on the XP, you sit backwards between the handlebars and dash, trust me, it's easy and fun!
Seadoo xp is the greatest ski to date. I put an aftermarket impeller on mine and it absolutely shreds. Absolutely legendary as long as it’s working. Only downside is how much gas it chugs.
Douglas, Masteroffaster, to solve the porpoising you need to change your weight balance and bias it to the front. A scooped intake grate will help charge the pump and move balance forward. I think trim tabs may also help with your weight. If you want that thing to rip, get a high compression head and a matched impeller to the power level. A fresh engine or correct compression will really help perk up the rev response. Make sure your OEM wear ring is in pristine condition keep it out of anything that will damage it, they are Very sensitive to pump clearances. It wont be the fastest, but it will be the most fun ski! With the quick response and low weight, those things GO so well, hit wakes and waves with the right timing and that thing will absolutely fly! You will be able to juice it and it will pull itself right out of the water. The ocean is like motocross with less penalty, we double waves on them.
Finally got a chance to watch this video and I gotta say I enjoyed it. Was wanting the sxs trail riding/ track riding and jumping to come back but this video was great! Keep it up
that sea doo bombardier is amazing. I have had one for years and they are nimble, fast as hell if you put a bit into the motor and is by far the most capable out of your line up. You can submarine it, jump it and the light weight makes it really capable to throw around and manhandle. Put a good motor in it and i promise you'll fall in love with it. Also the reason it bounces is your trim and where your sitting on the machine. They really ride well if you stand and plant your feet on the back and lean forward.
Doug has made a good choice despite what people might think. That is a X4 hull, highly modifyable, fantastic power to weight, and is an actual PWC "Personal Water Craft" not a heavy boat in disguise. Those things have amazing throttle response to hit the trough of a wave and send it off the lip.
I liked it. you guys always make good content. All of the people that gave a thumbs down must not be American. Say it with me people. MERICA!!!!! Waves, sand, mud and crashes. You guys are great.
1996 sea doo xp my friend made bad financial decisions at 20 and had one brand new and we owned the Mississippi River outside St. Louis for 2 years with that thing. Aaron kranz. Thinking of you homie
I know this is a year old but be so careful on jet skis. Had 2 friends playin like y’all are and ended up colliding. One broken leg, 1 broken arm, 2 sunk skis and that was a good outcome! Always have a plan
That 96 xp is a classic ,it spines way better than the new ones. Then I had the 2000 xp that, was a blast to. It would spin but you had to ride it like a snowmachine.
I used to own a 96 seadoo xp. I put a pipe and different propeller on it and put years of hours on it. Always ran great. On calm water on the lake it would hit 62-64 mph.I miss it.
I feel my mans all the way when he said he got asked if he wanted to go ripping and its been in his mind ever since. I rented one 2 weeks ago during my FL vacation and yea I'm looking hard for one now. I know just how he feels. It's like that first hit of any drug.
Assuming Ricks Spark has the same hull and rear fins as a Trixx, if he removes those outer rear fins and mounts them upside down that machine will spin like crazy! But don't expect it to hold an edge like it does now. Do it for one ride to experience the spin and sliding action!
Dougs ski is the best for playing around. Light and nimble. Prolly not the best for long cruises and top speed but im sure he can mod the intake grate for better pickup and the side bars for stability. Very interested in Matts. Ive never see that setup before!
I feel like when it comes to the new jet skies they handle better and are faster but the older ones look way more fun and can be thrown around way better
Dougs ski could likely be fixed with some washers to shim the rear of the ride plate down or at worst an extended ride plate. Those lil Seadoo's of that era like others have stated are legendary power to weight and super nimble and simple.
As a sledder Doug, I'm surprised that the crew hasn't bought a couple of Ditchbanger sleds. Winter is coming and you do live in Snowmobile Paridise known as Michigan.
