Questions: Ive actually been writing my own scripts because i heard using sample scripts can sometime be problematic. 1. Is this wise to write my own scripts? 2. Is that rumour about sample scripts true?
What kind of rumours about sample scripts are you referring to? If you have the writing skills for it, then that's great! But for those who don't have that experience, or even the time to write, then free sample scripts are a great way to help you out with making your demo reels!

a scam company that don't pay for the done project with the excuse that you should have a premium account (You should pay 500$ to get your payment) .what a shame
