Hey is it worth it to apply ppf on a repainted car. We actually had some budget issues when we bought our nexon last year so we didn’t go for ppf and within the span of a month or two a tempo damaged our rear fender and fuel lid area so we got it repaired from the service but now I’m convincing my family for ppf. So, should i go for it?

You are right. In our country there is so much traffic that it will anyway damage. Not only traffic, there are idiots who purposely do damage when parked on streets. Irresponsible parents allow their kids to scratch and do not take responsibility as well. Not sure if putting all these will help since eventually those idiots who damage will anyway damage the vehicle.

In my opinion, PPF is only good when u spend more than 9-10 lacs on a car as people who buy a car fir 6-7 lacs aren't much concerned about the swirl marks. Because a person who gets a car in that price range can easily afford another 50-60k for PPF or ceramic coating. I have a Tiago in red colour and it already has some swirl marks and minor scratches on the rear wheel arch. I can't afford to apply a PPF but can repaint or do paint touch up.
