I was in a pub with my daughter and drunken yob came in and was harassing my daughter , I asked him just to leave us alone and some people that new him escorted him away from us then he came back to the table we were sitting at and picked up a chair and had it over his head to hit me , the same people grabbed him a took him to the other end of the pub , I phoned the police and told them what was happening , it took them 40 minutes !!! to arrive , they took him out sde to the police car , my daughter and I left the pub as we felt safe knowing thr police had him outside , I asked the police if they were going to arrest him ? They said no , we have ordered him a taxi , I said a taxi ? To where ? the police said to another pub . Wih that the taxi pulled up and the drunken yob went to cause trouble in another pub and the police just drove off

well, if section 33 is bollocks then perhaps the government who made it up can remove it since you claim it is bollocks, would that suit you Mr Policeman?@@andytownsend8447
That’s my thinking and I’m actually scared to even go out in public because if I’m ever a victim I’ve seen from these videos the police always blame the victim against the illegals
Serco making hundreds of Millions of Pounds from their Government contracts to provide accommodation and security for illegal migrants. Absolute disgrace.
If people really wanted to gain inside information from that place they would infiltrate from an employment perspective etc. This is becoming crazier by the day.
It's clear that Serco have a higher profile with police than the average UK Citizen. Subject to any editing time that took all of a few short minutes from the phone call to the Police arrival swarm. Not quite as quick as a response to allegations a Copper has been called "Lesbian Nanna" but still an exceptional response time over the assistance an ordinary citizen would get.
@@Noseypoke-mr7th have respect for our emergency services, all emergency services wear them as a mark of respect, it has nothing to do with what happens to the general public
Not in GB but certainly is in NI UK, you would be looking at jail time in NI for entering that place and/or not giving details, not that I agree with it, just saying.
I cannot believe that they came out that quick and said they heard an altercation while on phone, when yesterday (Essex one) they didn't give a crap !!! They defo heard altercation on the phone!
That is illegal in my neck of the woods (NI)where all cops are armed, makes me wonder how they get away with it in GB where the cops are arresting people for wearing masks. I doubt it very much if the plod can hide their faces.@@DJEMEDIA
You failed her big time. Armed or not walk away or defend yourself. You just showed them the video. Never say yes to the police when they say can you understand as it its almost an admitance of guilt and that you are doing wrong. If there was senstivie data its not your issue its Serco's issue to keep it safe. Never appologies to the police as again you are then seen as admitting guilt.
Serco is a private contractor that the UK government has contracts with, Serco is not the government, but they do have very sensitive information that is not for public knowledge. If you are filming into windows on or from a public area, you are not breaking any laws. But the sign on the gate is very clear, 'no unauthorised access', it doesn't matter that the gate was open, you can not access that area without authorisation. They were in the right to detain you using the Terrorism Act and once seeing you were not a threat, they let you go. They did not over react, you may know you're innocent, but Serco and the police do not. In this instant, you were in the wrong and accessed private property and peered through windows with a company that has military contracts with the government.
You talk too much. You are filling in the blanks for these cops. You are not required to help them in any way. Carry on doing that and one day you will talk yourself into arrest.
This is actualy the fist time i have seen a cop redy to serch, reving up to serch, letting of and dont poceed with the serch. Amaising handling on your part. You realy have a gift for de escalating situations.
You explained to much for two long mate. I know its easy to say from my sofa 🛋 but if your going to do this you need to be stronger. Plus don't apologise to the cop that was going use Section 43 on you 😮 take the Unlawful Search and then put in a civil claim😮.
Oh the irony, at all the Serco ruined hotels the security are usually on people in packs within seconds but yet the Serco building itself had security with the relevancy of Huey, Dewey and Lewey.
Cops were a bit keen to go straight to a search but they redeemed themselves by actually investigating and listening for a change. I’m actually pleasantly shocked.
They might have come across all pally pally but they went straight to S.43 without even conducting an investigation. It's only due to you quickly articulating your motives and de-escalating the situation. With someone else they would have been cuffed up and violated. How is it the police are not wise to what this is, it's been going on for years. No excuse.
My friends workmates father was stabbed and slashed yesterday in Stirchley, Birmingham as he dropped his son off to work. It was all on dash cam including the registration number of the attacker. The son came running into work shouting to call the police and an ambulance. The police NEVER turned up! The elderly victim was taken to hospital and the police NEVER turned up there either. No evidence collected, no road closed to collect samples etc and the elderly man had a big slice of skin taken off his head! We are left wondering if the attacker was a police officer and that is why the cops never came or possibly there was a man with a camera somewhere nearby and half the station were attending that incident. It is an absolute outrage!
12:10 It is not a protected building. It is not entitled to extra police protection. It is just a normal office building. A protected property is something more like the houses of parliament, nuclear power stations, MI5 and other top national security sites. The cop is telling a lie to give a excuse to unlawfully use section 43.
2 cars 4 armed goons for a corporation, ZERO response for burglary assault drug dealing etc. good job you didn’t film a McDonald’s or Burger King they’d of sent 20 goons
Can't believe you didn't say anything about them recording without saying! And you folded and told them way to much! Please stand up for photography not fold and give them every bit of information
And your house gets burgled or your car gets stolen, no resources, no cops to be seen and Police wonder why Public Confidence is at an all time low, film a business two cars there within 10 mins.......working for the corporations not the people.
No wonder english police have such an appaling crime clear up rates in single figuires, not for lack of officers, but due to poor allocation of police time, investigating LEGAL actions...
9:50 They are private cars and the owners don't want them filmed. So how are they going to make sure their car isn't filmed when they're driving on the road. Or do they just keep the car in the carpark all the time.
Is this Belvedere. it has been done a couple of times I believe. The staff know what you were up to but still called the cops. AB was assaulted here by staff. "Serco went Berserko" was the video.
You’d have thought that if the site was so sensitive, they’d be better at protecting their information! Both Police and Serco need to be taken to task over this!!

Quick reaction from police for Serco for 2 muppets in a tracksuit , Who is the major share holder of SERCO ?????? My local businesses with the same complaint would get so much attention, Ask yourself why ?????????
Oh dear oh dear they really have no idea how much trouble they could be in for using 43 and ffs I can’t stand it when they say “YOUVE GOT TO UNDERSTAND” p off ya div.

I'm going to change my name to "Serco" so that when our farm machinery gets stolen for the umpteenth time, maybe, just maybe, I might actually see a police officer rather than just be given a crime number and told to claim on my now-unaffordable insurance.
11:25 Why does the cop think that you have to be working for someone to be using a camera. And the point DJE says that he's doing a RU-vid video is the moment the police's reasoning for using section 43 falls apart.
But Serco site compliance officer is still responsible for not having mirror foiled windows if they admit sensitive material onsite. Hopefully the ICo do a random site visit todo a data audit
All this time whilst the officers were interrogating you, a heist was taking place. You can see the culprit making good his escape at 20:36. Officers were oblivious 🤣🤣
Police put him down as guilty of terrorism before even speaking to him. Gloves straight out of the pocket. Terrible work from the officers. They clearly live by guilty until proven innocent.
4 police plus 2 cars strange how they seem to find police officers when they want to but when 4 youths were wrecking my car I got a incident number 3 days later but no police attended
It says on the gate no unauthorised entry, no photography, no filming, etc! you ignored that signage. yet your quick to point out when there is no signage. You cant pick and choose what you want to see. And you need to be more silent, you talk too much.
It's a dumb time to be stupid when they've already detained.... the fact they asked more Qs... told me I had a chance to explain to them what the score was and they would listen. So I did.
As far as I understand it, this is only because they are the Armed Offenders squad and not the standard Police. They only arrived because they happened to be in the area.
@@Justyburger "armed offender squad" not a thing & they're "standard police" they do everything response officers do only difference is they have firearms.
Well I don't think it's normal for cops in the UK to have masks and they did it so automatically and naturally. I figured it was because they are an armed Police. Regardless, I do think their attitudes were good, despite the masks. @@unknown.unknowingly
