Explain your traditions to them. Explain the name of the foods to them patiently. Remember, this is an opportunity for you to educate them about you and us all. This is all alien to them and they are eager to learn. When they start to understand is then they'll start to appreciate. From where I am it seems they've welcomed you with open hearts and arms. I understand it might be difficult because of the language barrier and it might make you miss home, family and friends. In different parts of the world people eat pig, cow and other animal intestines. I yearn for the simple life, although I know working a farm involves a lot of work. Marat has such a gentle face with a warm smile and Ngambo's has one of the most beautiful smiles i have ever seen.
Everybody in the village comes together to clean the playground for the kids. That kind of thing doesnt happen where i live anymore. It used to when i was a child. But nowadays, we barely see children outside anymore. They are all inside with their playstation, complaining that they dont also have an X-box. Let me tell you, life there might be somewhat simple, but that right there is something really special! Just wonderful.

I currently eat fried chicken liver and gizzards. I have seen my grandmother fry chicken feet and eat them when I was younger. I have not eaten chicken intestines before but have eaten hog/pig (pork) intestines (link sausage casings). I live in the USA, north Florida area. I think everyone eats the type of food you grow up eating. Like this video. Everyone is friendly and the cat is beautiful. Maybe next time catch a fish with a hook and line. 👍
Having lived in UAE for some time, I got fed up of eating chicken and on my return to Uganda, I decided to eat chicken feet for the first time. I loved them and since then, I'm the one advertising them to everyone in the family

Try very nice the intestines are nicer just salted nd fried in deepish oil, the legs can be cleaned nd just added in the chicken stew to steam together with the chicken stew try it u will not stop eating them.
Evn us in Uganda we cook it not all but there's small part looks milky we remove it plus legs head ..its for children or mother eats if not enough for all
It would be even tastier if they ate with their hands like you guys, instead of the forks 😂😂😂 Tell mommy that her face will look young for a long time if she eats the chicken feet and intestines, and she will not suffer from arthritis too because of the cartilage in the chicken feet and intestines.
