I do hope you react to IH's other channel videos as well as they can provide further context and information to his main videos while still being real good :D Wendigoon's or Jontron as other's I'd recommend but I haven't looked through ur other videos yet. The "turn your head and cough" thing is checking for a scrotal hernia or other related problems. Ngl as a canadian it's a weird concept physical exams in school, we just dont do that, or didn't idk. The most we have is the fitnessgram pacer test and a handful of things like balance and pull ups and stuff
