This video featuring Lancashire Ambassador Andrew Flintoff was shown at a special event held at the Houses of Parliament in London on Wednesday 23 November 2022.
The prestigious event was hosted by the Rt Hon Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons, to mark Lancashire Day and the launch of the Lancashire 2050 framework. Council leaders from across Lancashire attended.
People who attended the event included leading figures from business, politics, education, health and the media.
The video of Andrew was produced by Marketing Lancashire, who lead the Lancashire Ambassadors programme. This is a group of business leaders who are driven by growth, driven by Lancashire and driven by success.

Still waiting for a reply off you and disappointed that your scarpping the Rossobuses 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 from January 2023 meaning how are people supposed to get a bus from Rawtenstall to Bacup then Todmorden then no chance then in Edgeside elderly people can’t walk down a massive hill to Waterfoot to catch the 464 due to disabled reasons because your scarpping the number 10 to Edgeside and then Todmorden is in another county how are people supposed to walk from Todmorden to Bacup only to catch the 464 to be able to get to Rawtenstall do their shopping because your scarpping number 7 route number 8 also Weir is a stranded village and that’s worrying because your scarpping the number 8 route between Burnley and Bacup too. This is ridiculous I thought these buses were improving for passengers especially the number 7 route because as that route gets overcrowded and busy at lot of the time sometimes especially at school times. And yet again this will affect home too school transport too 😮
