I have lived and worked with special people all my life. the sole benefactors of my will are split between Mind charity as executors and Mencap. This pleases me greatly.
Learning 'Disability' is a misnomer. We all have some kind of disability be it physical or mental or personaility - nobody is perfect. Appreciate all people for their abilities.
The videos are lovely and demonstrate the enormous variety of learning disabilities but, above all, that individuals with learning disabilities are human beings with individual personalities and needs and, often, more Emotional Intelligence than those without Learning Disabilities!
