Anyone can there are no laws against it, what you're dealing with is legislation which has never had the consent of the governed so unenforceable in law. It's a crime of fraud to suggest otherwise. A crime which these and they're ilk feed of for monitary gain which becomes the further crime of extortion - its a racket.

I wonder if they report signage and painted lines that do not comply with the specifications . I received a parking ticket many years ago in Northampton and asked that it be withdrawn due to issues with the signage. They refused but when I made it clear that I was aware of the Manual that contained the specs it was dropped the next day.

Interesting, this is the only video I have ever seen, showing that parking enforcement officer are actually human. Generally its always the PIO that find them self in a trap. This shows that they do have a sence of humour and that if you com🎉e at them friendly and with a smile, they will give it back to you. Thank you DJ For clearing that very importend issue up once and for all. From now on if the question arrives If PIOs are human at all, one can refer back to your video lol

What about us Service Engineers for Alarms or Commercial Catering, Coffee machine repairers etc etc. We can’t use car parks as too far away, don’t qualify as we’re not doing deliveries even though our equipment is heavy. It’s ridiculous situation 😢

Same rules in Norway. A lorry can park all day on double yellow as long as he's loading or unloading, but as soon as he takes a lunch break he can get a ticket. Also, if you call in and order your food, it's ok to park, but if you go in to order, you get a ticket. I've had 4 parking tickets in my life and managed to get them all dismissed, so it pays off to complain sometimes.

Me too as a result of your visit to MiRider. Then when my dear wife saw it, she wanted one as well. So, we now have two GBs. Still cheaper than divorce!!🤣 We really enjoy them and the two fit perfectly strapped to each side in the boot of our car - already had them on Skye for a great holiday.

Nothing because it is a lawful act. However a police officer is an unlawful being so the presence of one in itself is a crime, so it's a bit of a grey area, in that the parking is not an offence but the terrorist member is.

Do they need to always have their cameras ON? Or can they be selective for example if they swear at the public or abuse them they can keep the camera off so not to implicate themselves? I wonder what the official policy is from the council? I'm sure there will be instances where the camera can be used against the officers as well as for them?

Only if the traffic warden sees that you're working, as in loading or uploading. If not, the officer will hang around for five minutes and if there's no loading or unloading seen then a PCN will be issued.
