Cable disc brakes need regular adjustments. You need to wind the fixed pad forward by turning the set screw in the back. That will stop the actuating lever going past its stop and jamming, like it is. Wind it forward until it just touches the disc, then back it off until it doesn't rub. After that, you need to re-adjust the cable.

26:05 “All the training that he’s had”, etc - as someone that’s held an SIA licence for 16 years with frequent upskilling and training, I can tell you categorically that the SIA do NOT train operatives on the legalities of where drones can and cannot fly. Maybe if they did then you’d get less grief from the security at these sites. I only learned recently that it was legal to fly over commercial buildings, allowing a reasonable clearance from watching the @BlackBelfBarrister channel. I would also suggest that a member of security does not report to a shift manager, and if I was in your position, rather than winding security up if they’ve asked you to leave the site, it might be better in the long run just to leave the site and do your thing. Reason being is that whilst on their site, you are on private property and it’s a reasonable request, despite what the shift manager may have said. If it had been the MD or senior member of management then possibly a different story, but if it’s a lower level manager as in the case here, probably not
