Very informative video! Good to be prepared with the kit but I hope you never have to use it! It really is scary to see just how much devastation it can cause! Very helpful and interesting video, hope you’re both well and having a good week so far 💙✨
Fair enough. At the start I was thinking surely you could have put an emergency bag together for less that 150$ but to be fair I think that was a very good price for what you got there. Hope you never have to use it, 🖤
Do you have any plans for protecting the house for example I have seen Hurricane prep where folks put some covers or wood over the windows. Would you consider buying si.e kind of storm blind?
Glad you’re all prepped. Fingers crossed Florida has a low event season. Watched the other day and forgot to comment. Apologies. Great stuff from Max as usual, and the other person. 😉
Hiya 🤗 thanks for sharing this, very useful - I’ve never thought about buying something like this or even thought about them existing but of course they would! Hopefully you never have to use it xxx
Really good video. Nice to see what residents do for these unfortunate events. I’ve been in Orlando on holiday for 2 hurricanes and a few tropical storms, the only time I remember getting a bit scared was the tornado warnings coming on TV!! I did feel very safe at Disney during Irma, they really looked after us. I’m always fascinated to watch and see how all the shops and residents prepare, it’s so different from the UK’s attitude to bad weather and the way we deal with things.
That time of year for Florida 🙈 good to know that you’re preparing though! That kit is great it really has everything you could need, fingers crossed you won’t need to utilise it anytime soon 🤞🏻
we had a trip 3 or 4 years ago delayed for 3 weeks because of a hurricane very strange feeling sat at home when you should be on holiday we only found out we could change our dates 12 hours beofre our flight
Which car would you use to evacuate from your Orlando area home in the event of a Hurricane Barry? We were at our home in Kissimmee when Mathew hit in 2016, but thankfully during the night hours the storm moved out into the Atlantic Ocean and we were not troubled. We prepared a Hurricane Kit to leave here at our villa for guests just in case they did need it.
