From a citizen on the outside looking in: This has to be the best Sheriff's Department in California, if not, the Nation. Under the leadership of Sheriff Bianco coupled with the God fearing men and women of this agency is what makes it so great. What a privilege it must be to work there. This agency is a beacon of light, that hopefully one day, all Sheriffs and Chiefs will follow.
