I did a “Disney Princess” marathon with my bf back in the summer and he made a good point after watching Snow White that it’s less about her and more about the evil Queen. It’s a cautionary tale about those who envy others, especially those in power. Her jealousy and wickedness were her down fall, literally changing her physical beautiful appearance to an ugly old woman. She ended up failing at the cost of her life. Meanwhile living humbly, having selflessness and cherishing your relationships was the true power and beauty that Snow White never let go of. This was my childhood Disney Princess film so it has a special place in my heart.
I get tiered of people who don't get it thinking Disney Films are dark and messed up, racist, sexist, out dated, homophobic So many certain people who want Wholesome things to have a secret dark side and then those same people will ATTACK you violently if you say "The reboots are horrible" because if you hate the reboots YOU have a problem and these same people defend Velma, Ghostbusters 2016 etc Bad writing is Bad Writing. End of story. and YOUR culture and gender and Race does not give you an excuse to be horrible. Bad people are bad people and MUST change to be accepted that's not wrong . Im also tiered of Evil Character redemptions with sympathetic back stories where the good guy was secretly evil hating whites and hating men is not equality or justice REAL equality is when you EARN it by being good. NOT being better then stupid people not being stronger then weak people not being a bully. Being "Good" is not "Acting white" and did you know that "White" included MULTPLE races? just like Native American, Asian, and Black and Hispanic include MULTIPLE variations Not all White people are American heck even America is 50 different types of people religions too cant be all judged by one person nor can any occupation

The prince in Sleeping Beauty isn’t a stalker! I like that movie more than Snow White because I love the villain more. It has a dragon which is awesome. The final fight is awesome. The king is barely in the movie. He has less to do than Snow White’s father does. The most he does is gives her care to the three fairies. So he still loves her.
I 100% agree with you! People should stop treating Snow White as a helpless women. She is smart, kind, amazing. She is amazing princess who can take charge but in a kind way.
So far the best live action version of this movie is Snow White Tale of Terror. It stars Monica Keen and Sigourney Weaver as the Evil Queen. I liked how mature it was even though it has teenage Snow White falling in love with a 30 year old man. I liked the performance of Sam Neil as her father.

Y'know what I thought, not so long ago? If Disney wants to do remakes, why not some of their more underrated classics, like The Sword in the Stone? The Fox & the Hound? You wanna know what Disney classic I think could make an amazing remake? The Great Mouse Detective. What would you think of that?
I have always liked Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs and i think its way better film than people give it credit for. Its not one of my favorite Disney movies, but what that movie did to animation genre at the time is remarkable and its film that Walt Disney himself put a lot of effort to make that movie and when i heard that they are making live action remake of that is just a little bit insulting, but that live action remake is another bad movie than we will always have this timeless classic. Very solid points Tony missed your videos Technically not sure if this is true but one of the cancelled Disney animated movies was about the origin of the Dwarfs which mentioned that Snow Whites father was the skeleton reaching for water in the queens dungeon which is very dark but not sure if her father was the king I haven’t seen the film for a long time but may rewatch it again and ignore the made up “backlash” the remake is getting
