Last year he got laid off from his job and the reason he was given was that he did nothing wrong but they needed a non-white person in the role. He worked for a university here in Canada, has a masters degree and the job is now being done by an East Indian high school graduate.

Both Jim Rash and Brie were in Community. A show that approached diversity with its tongue firmly in its cheek. They made constant jabs at diversity being used for monetary or social gain. DEI representation leads to a Wokemon scenario, where people are collected like office plants- mostly for external traits. Had the camera and social media not been introduced to the compulsive masses, their vain self-idolatry and the ensuing insecurity would have never been a thing. Thank your outstanding parents today, if you were able to learn self-denial in your childhood. You do not need the opinions of others, nor seeing yourself represented by an overindulged actor, to find inner peace and self-actualization.

To be fair, it’s not minorities pushing this: it’s the powerful male execs who run the studio corporations & finance firms distributing DEI funding. Those of us who are Latinos really don’t care if the hero is Latino or not, & believe it or not, a lot of us consider ourselves white (or black, eg from places like PR). 😂

If you like Napoleon blown apart, you would love rocket powered Mohawk. He’s the best RU-vidr I’ve ever seen. Absolutely hilarious. He makes videos about formula racing, which I’ve never watched nor will ever watch but I’ve obsessed over his videos. He’s a British guy and he is freaking hysterical. His editing is beyond the best I’ve seen. It’s absolutely remarkable.
