Just sayin, Disney- there would be room to recreate this in MK right by Tiana's Bayou Adventure. 👀👀 It really all looks so good! And i love all the friend cameos in this one, too :-)
You should’ve dipped the cornbread in the collard greens “liquor.” And next visit to Bengal BBQ, get the bacon-wrapped asparagus skewer, but add the spicy dipping sauce.
I’ve just had the House Gumbo at Tiana’s and from what I remember about the gumbo at Port Orleans, well, I don’t. So clearly it wasn’t that memorable. But when I had this Tiana’s one, my eyes lit up!

Definitely roast beef poboys are a thing with au jus. Acme oyster house calls them the 10 napkin roast beef poboy...u gotta have it dressed with mayonnaise and lettuce and tomato...no pickle.
Can confirm, beef poboys are a thing over here. Also - 7 greens gumbo is blasphemous 😅 gumbo des herbes is a thing but they did not replicate it correctly 😅 I do understand the need for plant based inclusive menu items so I’ll give them a pass.
