He doesn't have much knowledge about Asian cooking. You can definitely have bones in your curry, us here in Asia eat it like that everytime, though I do prefer boneless meat
I keep forgetting Mully was a chef so he knows what he was talking about Edit: Ok, since so many people are getting heated over my comment, yes, I do remember him saying he used to be a chef at a restaurant. However, some also are saying he just washed dishes and would sometimes be a line cook. I don't know the details of what he did, but clearly more recent videos proved he was an actual chef and didn't JUST wash dishes like some may claim. Those who know how restaurants work, should know that when learning about the culinary arts and how to do it, you have to start in a restaurant washing dishes to sort of "earn your place" (depending on the type of restaurant) and then just continuing on from there.
I think the most impressive thing about this video is the fact that they kept making weirder and weirded and made me more uncomfortable as the video progressed, that takes real talent

I just remembered that there's a specific mutation that can occur in DNA that makes Cilantro taste like soap, and I'm now positive that Mully has it. It would explain the taste and smell of "dishwashing liquid" for the Biryani.
I love the fact that mully activates chef mode with the duck and says "thats been deep fryed that why it lookes like that." And then he says "it smells like old oil."
I love how the video was supposed to just be about tasting and rating low rated uber eats, and Josh and Mully just ended up smearing the food on each other like it was a kick on 😭
