Oh how lovely to see the works have started! I look forward to seeing the process, and it's so interesting to see you use the local builders as I've watched so many vloggers in Portugal doing all this work themselves by hand. Getting the concrete delivered and poured this way is so so much quicker, and easier (and no doubt costly too!).

What a joy to see a team of productive workers with the right equipment transform your buildings!!! I've be following six to ten vloggers trying to do it all by themselves. It is all too much for me to see how hard they work.All the best to all of you.

Congratulations on your property project.🌿🍀🌻🌱 You are doing everything the correct way: you hired architects and got plannning permission before starting. Not all folks who move to Portugal do that... many think portuguese laws do not apply to them LOL and them find themselves in a lot of trouble and extra expense. Anyway... since you are doing it the correct way, you'll never loose out. Should you need to sell, your investment is secure, you'll always be able to get all your money back... plus increase in value. That is for sure! Wishing you all the best! P.S. Just had a look at your website, LOVE the watercolour drawings. Are you the artists? I'm looking for an illustrator right now for similar work.

Shouldn't you use Lime in old stone buildings rather than concrete.... it'll absorb water like a sponge and be a constant source of damp I believe?
