Ah, ok, previous comment has disappointed me, I too thought it was a house renovation, true I love to see what they do with their gardens they are usually very pretty, but I like to see some home renovations as well. I guess I’ll watch as he is working very hard 🤷♀️

Renovate would mean change, and that could be the entire property. Sometimes it’s not possible to tackle one part til the other part is safe to work in.
Your team Did a great job clearing out all the overgrowth on the abandoned house you gave to the single homeless mom. However you did not do any repairs to the building which is in much need for repair. I know there is a monetary cost for you to clean up the land around the house.
It is good to invest one's money on rural house as we can escape from the bustling big city, from pandemics. We can always depend on our fertile land to provide us never go hungry or foreclose.
I am sure there is Part 2 House Renovation. Usually they do yard first before the house. Besides they need to secure the perimeter wall first before doing up the house where there will be valuable items inside like furnitures, electrical appliances and etc.
Please use a spirit level when yo lay your brickwork and please lay your motar for your brick joins the correct way, why don't you use reo bar/wire when laying your brick walls.
