Prowlers are one of those cars that when they are outside, you see and notice them... Especially in their factory purple color.

I think you guys should. Come up with a very fast 30's 40' Roadster .look instead the preview you showed u in this video that was the prowler molded for that area farmers chop and created the original roadsters

These sound amazing straight piped! I put a sweet thunder mid pipe on mine and it sounds like an r35. Also they’re pretty quick for 1999. They competed with the z3 and boxster and I believe it was quicker than both.

YES! YES! YES! my 2000 Intrepid r/t had this engine, JUST started having issues last year and had to put out to pasture, its a fun little engine for the year. Loved the car, classic case of rare but not valuable. So many people had issues with the engine but I firmly believe they were just lazy with maintenance and hammered it because of the tags on the outside.

I always thought this was such a cool car when it came out in 99 and they always stole the car shows. Then I learned that they weren't the best in design, but I think its super cool that you guys are putting the Throtl touch on this. Cant wait to see your plans!

Be sure to check the frame for cracks, I seem remember they recalled some of them for bad frames or welds or something.

Growler go!!!! (High RPM All Motor Hemi Swap) Maybe do something special with the exhaust to create a unique sound just for the car like some kind of an 8 -1 or tuned headers and sidepipes? The car has some super cool potential for something cool.

This brings me back to my shop days in the 90’s. I worked on 3-4 of these doing alarm/remote start, amps/subs/stereo stuff. I always loved the styling, but the power plant was horrible for looking like a hot rod. While it needs the sound of a V8, I think a 600-800hp K-Swap would be awesome.

Probably one of the few cars were Lambo style door makes sense. I worked on one years ago and it shocked me how narrow the factory door openings are. The doors don't open near as far as you would think.

I'm excited I don't think many of us have seen an upgraded Prowler at all. I mean I've seen a couple at car shows 20yrs ago but not on TV and hopped up it almost needs a Texas speed 408 or maybe a Hemi of some kind.

this is 🔥. heard someone already swapped a helcat hemi into a prowlr already. The lambo door suit it nicely. 🙏 you keep the fenders of on both front and rear and turn it into like a rat rod look with the fenders off. Also big IFs is hat you swap out the convertable top for a hardtop

One of the coolest cars ever. I don't think there's anyone that would look at this and not smile. They were so brave for building something like this at that time. This came out at the same time as the hideous PT cruiser and the SS.

It's a bit wierd because its a concept car that wasn't really meant to be sold. It definitely looks better without the bumpers. Random suggestion I've been in a prowler and couldn't believe how bad rear visibility is. I suggest a aftermarket backup camera. If you can hide it in the body so it doesn't look terrible. The rendering looks fantastic. Just not sure about the lack of angle on the rear wing. It looks completely horizontal. Is the angle going to be adjustable?

These have always been one of my favourite looking American cars, one of the best retro cars to come out of the whole retro styling of the late 90s early noughties. Be legal to import here and leave as lhd in a year or two as well. What are they worth these days?

Nice to see one of these built right. IIRC Foose was in design of this car but GM wanted cheap down what he designed. (IE think he wanted it V*) Since they didn't let him build it the way he wanted. That's what his Hemisphere is. what he was trying to make this car more like.

I liked that car back in the day. My only gripe is that it made so little horsepower. The looks (to me) said that it was going to be a 500+hp rocket. Can’t wait to see the end result.

Man that thing is much wilder and weirder then i ever would have expected. like they really had to spend some time developing all that. cant be many OEM cars with cantilever suspension setups stock. and its not like they could use a vette or something being a plymouth. they must have been expensive new back in the day!

This is lk one of hardest cars to make cool in today's trends.. personally I would have gone oem plus plus lol.. r35 v6, maybe all wheel drive. Idk where I'd start on body wise.. not a huge fan of the renders but you guys do great work so i can't wait to see what happens. 😎✌️
