In this golf vlog we head to Jacksonville, FL to do some thrifting for golf clubs. We were mostly looking for some Goodwill golf finds but Ashley put an extra stop along our trip. Not only did it have the most golf clubs, the best golf clubs and the cheapest golf clubs but I actually bought what will probably become my new irons! So Ashley made our thrift store adventure even better as per usual! What else did we find? Let's find out!

I would love to have a set of those ping clubs. I use to have a set when I was younger and I stopped playing so I sold them. I am getting back into it and can only dream of having another set!

As tall as you are why are you using an orange dot, 2 degrees flat, you should use at least a black dot. An excellent find though. I have a set of Eye 2 with Fenwick graphite shafts I got from Ping in the 80's. Just the other day I picked up a set of Zings (1-SW) and a Titleist stand bag for $25.52. Love the videos, keep it up.

Thanks for watching! The range balls float, the wind usually blows them to a corner and then they scoop them up.

@@tylerbert7661 I know ONE, DeerRun range and course in Casselberry, Florida. Floater balls, not the best for anything other than contact, Do not base hits on those for a specific distance. you cannot dial in your accuracy clubs with them.

Some of the heaviest rains I have seen in my long life have been in Jacksonville. They must have named it the sunshine state before that city was discovered. I wonder how you like the graphite shafts. I am waiting for a set of Tour Edge 950s in graphite to arrive which will hopefully improve my perpetually inconsistent swing problems. One interesting thing about your videos is how competitive some of the older clubs are today. All the best!

You guys get a cheap pancake compressor and air chuck needle gripper tool on eBay and re- grip your own clubs if you are paying for it.. You can also pull nice grips off of junk clubs and repurpose them. Keep having fun!

I had a set of Wilson fat shaft irons with graphite. The last model before the Deep reds came out. Eventually had to ditch them because they were some moonshot clubs. Definitely for players who needed help getting the ball in the air.

I have in my set a Ping Zing Lob/Sand wedge but I think it is a brown dot. At the time that club was probably worth more than my aftermarket ping look a likes. I always think it great to see the deals you all get!!

I have a set of ping zing which I got from my local tip. apart from them being ping i'd not have bothered with them for they are so ugly . but to use they are really good! I was very surprised . even a hacker like myself was comfortable with them . its just getting over the look of the things

try ping isk. my fav ping from this era, Hogan apex + are sweet played some of my best golf with these. you should learn to regrip clubs your self. its easy save a ton of $

Good finds. I found a Callaway great big Bertha S2H2 Driver, warbird S2H2. 3 wood, and 5 wood to match my S2H2 iron set I found a few months ago for $1.99ea. That and a bag of 850 tees for $1.99. (and they had 3 more bags of them) were my finds today.

recognize the san jose mandarin goodwill-its on my route, thanks to ashly I will try the new store further down sr13. next time in jax hit the thrift store on i95 and emerson. called just THE THRIFT STORE. largest in jax and golf clubs like you have never seen. big turnover always new stuff.

I am glad someone likes the Ping Zings. I had a set and only used them for about 2 months before I sold them. In fact I had to buy a replacement 6 iron....I got mad and tossed it into a pond on a course I was playing. Only club I did keep was the L wedge...best darn wedge I have ever owned. 20+ years later and I still have it!
