Our reaction to finding out we got the house of our dreams (!!) as well as a brief home tour. We can't wait to move in with Dill, Pickles, Doodle, and our ever-expanding rescue crew to start this next chapter of our lives as first-time homeowners!

Oh friend, So happy for y’all! This video made me so emotional and I just wanted to hug ya! Proud of ya - can’t wait to look back on this video as a remember when it all started type sitch. So many good things to come. Love ya much! (Side note my phone kept trying to change “sitch” to “sitcom” which seems seriously appropriate)

It’s my family home. I moved back here a year ago when my parents retired to help care for the home and the animals. My parents are traveling abroad more often than not so I was able to housesit for them while saving up for the year. Before that, Stephen and I rented a house with a big yard outside the city (that was when we adopted Pickles) but Stephen had to move back to SF for work. At that point we had a pig and three dogs so it just made more sense for us to live separately instead of having to cram all the animals in a small loft with no yard. Needles to say, I’m so excited we now have a place of our own where our whole family can live together under one roof. ❤️
