Girl when I tell you I could relate to everything you said…I LITERALLY RELATED TO EVERYTHING. I most recently got out a unequally yolk relationship and it was very difficult, but keep your trust in the Lord and keep him first! He will lead you in the right direction. MY GIRL! Thank you so much for this. Honestly, I’m just learning to trust God even when it doesn’t make the most sense to me. And it was so uncomfortable to make this decision, but he’s already shifting so many circumstances and bringing me peace in this season, which we love! I believe it’s only up from here 👏🏽
Sounds like you all have a really strong foundation, which no doubt makes separating challenging. Break-ups regarding spirituality/scripture based differences are difficult because they're based on personal interpretations and belief systems, as oppose to common relationship deceptions surrounding trust(cheating, lying, etc.) that for most are immediate deal breakers. Still having respect, trust, understanding, and💗for exes is a blessing. Glad you've both handled this situation maturely.

And you are so right.. obedience is definitely challenging at times, but I’ve noticed the more I do the things Christ puts on my heart, I always see a more beautiful picture painted on the other end. So with that, it’s been easier and easier to lean into obedience these days. I pray this fire to follow Christ never dwindles in our lives 💕
