In Germany, floor plates with steel reinforcement are mostly used. But to take piles (stilts) as foundation offers the advantage to be able to build in swampy areas. (DeepL)

How long did it take to do all the foundations? What is the 'life expectancy' / Warranty on the Foam inside the panels? What timber are you using/ is it aged or kiln dried? or fresh / green? How long does the rubber roofing remain waterproof? Anything going over this? >Gradient? > Run off? > Guttering?

SIP construction ( structural insulated panels ) has been used in Canada for at least 40+ years. They are a more energy efficient way of building homes but structurally are often not as strong as a framed home. One more thing, in a colder climate you need more insulation in a floor than in the walls and more than twice as much in the attic or ceiling.

You could or you can add another interior wall. That stuff isnt as hard to cover up this days. You could even run it all through some aesthetic looking square cover pipes as long as you were careful about where you put things.

This "tech" is close to a hundred years old. You might even be living in such a house right now. It's just one way of building structures, it isn't the most efficient or the strongest or the best at anything else. Although foam-core panels gained attention in the 1970s, the idea of using stress skinned panels for construction began in the 1930s.
Concrete fiber boards and styrofoam inner core? Similar method of building RV s and truck campers use outer plywood panels. Does this produce off-gases from so much styrofoam?

@@ARiderus уклон увидел, а слив нет, если он позднее планируется, есть риск что его снеговой нагрузкой оторвет. Мне больше нравится решение, когда уклон собирает воду к центру дома, а оттуда вода попадает в тёплую канализацию
