Because you can rent this villa, Jacob and Aggie built this house as rental property. They built it and rent it out to vacationers and make extra income like this. They don’t live in Bali, I’m planning on building couple of villas in CARRIBEAN not to live in it but to rent it out. Yes I can go and be there whenever I want to but I won’t live there, and I don’t want to build something and have it locked for most of the time and just visit for a month a year only. So me as well rent it out and make extra income. It’s called vacation properties. Since Aggie and Jacob have following though I have a feeling lot of their followers will stay at their villa so this was a brilliant advertisement. Thats why you see other videos of the same villa. Just like when people go to the same hotels and do tours or reviews, well so many other people have done tours of the same hotel.

So yes it is their own villa. But if you are rich enough you can also rent it for a week or however long you want to stay in Bali and stay in this house

False, they do OWN it! They built it! The law is that you own the house but you lease the land anywhere between 25 to 30 years. What happens after 30 years? You can sell it and make shit ton of money or you literally renew the license lease terms and basically you own the land for another 25 to 30 years. So yeah they OWN it. Stop being so jealous and spreading misinformation 🙈 just to sooth your nerves 😬 It is worth to mention that they didn’t build this to live in it themselves, they do use it as a vacation home whenever they want to but mostly it’s vacation rental property. Meaning they rent it out to other people and charge nightly rate. So they make shit ton of money from it. Properties yes, so the house is 100% yours. The land is for lease, meaning it’s yours for 25 to 30 years. After that time you just pay for renewal lease and it’s yours again for another 24 to 30 years. So while technically it’s a lease land it is yours really, you make money from it. Also in 30 years you might just want to sell it and make a lot more money from it than what you put into it originally so capital gains.
Well this property beachfront will be few million. So not affordable for everyone. Crumped surrounding but location wise it can be close walking distance to the beach. So it’s great overall! I would love to be in such “cramped” surrounding lol

That barbeque area is disaster waiting to happen, if that's real wood up there and the roof made of plastic material or other non fire resistant material it'll dry slowly because of the smoke or heat from the barbeque and in long time the material will dry enough and it's only matter of time it's catch fire without the need of fire and that's can happen suddenly.
What? This is a beautiful villa and design. Lost lablanc is actually living in Bali and where he is building an actually hotel. This is different, and Aggie doesn’t live in Bali, they built this as a rental vacation property. If they sold everything they’ve got and moved themselves permanently in Bali and made it their home base they too could have built smth way bigger, but this is a family villa for people who want to rent a a vacation house. Why even compare two different people? Are you ok? We can call your house Walmart house compared to Beverly Hills Mansions, so go do better in life so you don’t live in Walmart house.
