I can finally show you our distillery. I am not one for holding back and doing a big reveal of a finished product so don’t get too excited (but do, get excited) this is still a work in progress and it will be a while before we can turn everything on, but boy is it starting to take shape…
Over the past 7 days we have positioned all of our tanks, taken delivery of our boiler and gas tanks, and assembled three stills!!!
Can I go to bed now?

Would love to hear more about your dunder tanks / pits in another video. There's very little information online about how dunder is used industrially... What types of bacteria are you trying to promote? Is that done by innoculation or using pH control?
