Joe had them in his garage and stuff been thrown on top of it and anyone can get hold of it easy when joe had his garage open. Again. Trump had his right to have his own documents since he was a president.

And many of the special prosecutors were appointed under the special counsel law that expired some years ago. Like Ken Starr. So those were legal.

No one is talking about if and how people involved in an 'unlawful' prosecution are held to account? If this was illegal, wouldnt that be a crime? What safeguards are in place to keep this from happening in the future? Do the tax payers get refunded? Does Trump get to sue and get his money back? Too many questions.

The difference was that your special counsel was an actual us attorney Jack Smith is not a us attorney and because he is not appointed and confirmed by Congress he's not an officer of the United States and therefore cannot be appointed as a special counsel. This was a big mistake on Merrick Garland's part. He could have appointed a sitting US attorney as a special counsel but he didn't do that
