Does not look like one of our/your guys (which he didn't), do you know who he is? One might say it's pretty suspect that some random civilian is moving on a roof of polices own snipers nest and that is actively ignored despite that guy been reported to security NUMEROUS time by different people and it's not like he was even hard to spot. Open roof, clear line of sight from various positions, even from the ground level.

If they were in on it, why would they give their sharpshooters some very large caliber rifles? Tourists visit the White House all the time.
