there are so many baby names we love, it was hard to narrow down what baby name we wanted to choose for our baby girl, but we found the perfect one. We won't be sharing our baby name reveal anytime soon though- we're planning on announcing her name in the birth vlog, whenever that time comes. About Sierra and Stephen IRL
Hey friends! I’m Sierra Schultzzie and this is my vlog channel with my husband, Stephen. We started vlogging 4 years ago to document planning our wedding and growing together as a young married couple, and the channel has now really become our passion project. We love creating travel vlogs, disneyland vlogs, showing behind the scenes of creating my fashion videos, and all the little ups and downs of our unfiltered, real life. We also shared our journey trying to concieve and are now so happy to be sharing our experience with pregnancy and becoming first time parents.

YES I was just about to comment this. That way they dont have to reveal the name but its still a fun little video to know what names people were thinking maybe to and if there happen to be some they still want to keep secret as a just in case then leave those out, but just sharing all the names that are definitely out.

Because you may go into early induced labour, i would grab a couple premie outfits, even if she is born at 36-40 weeks! If you don’t you can then donate them to the hospital for the premie’s there!!

very good advice. my first everyone told me I wouldn't need newborn clothes. guess who was out shopping with a brand new baby? so my second I prepared and had newborn clothes. guess who was out shopping again? my petite baby needed premie clothes for almost 6 weeks!! now I just tell ppl to prepare for it all 😆

I totally agree! Both my littles came out at 8lbs8oz and 8lbs9oz and I had preemie clothes just encase and then didn’t need and donated to the nicu, which they were happy to take and then my sister in law didn’t get any preemie clothes being the dr estimate was the baby would be bigger sized and she didn’t get many newborn either because they grow so quick, but I think if you wanna be prepared, you should definitely pick up at least a few preemie outfits, also different brands run sizes differently soo there’s that too. So excited for you guys and I’m sure whatever name you guys pick will be a perfect name!!! 🥰

This is great advice! I packed newborn outfits which was huge on my girl. Thank fully they’re was a Babies R Us across the street so my mom and mil helped us out!

You should get an electric nail file! It’s so much easier to use (and less scary) when cutting their little finger nails. It’s been a lifesaver for me when trimming my two month olds nails ❤️

Please take all the time to remember those kicks. After you deliver you will still feel them. I was sooooo depressed after delivery as I missed the bump and kicks. Don’t wish away time until delivery take in each day ❤️

That’s so exciting! When you pick a name and can call them by their names when you’re talking it just makes everything so much more real. Also, I don’t blame you for not telling. I wish my husband and I wouldn’t have told anyone our first born’s name beforehand because our neighbors who had a baby at the same time stole it!😂

I was supposed to be Kimberly Ann. A few weeks before my mother had me my dad got sick and needed antibiotics. Since I'm older than dirt, the pharmacist had to type the name and warnings on to a sticker. My dad's name is Stephen. Don't know what the Rx was thinking but he typed "Sharon" instead. My parents loved it. I see so many sweet "how my parents came up with my name" and I'm over here like, "I'm named after a misprint on on a medicine bottle!" 🤣 🤣

An added bonus to having a name picked out before birth, is when you register at the hospital you can have her name on the paperwork ready to go, and that will save you a little bit of paperwork when you are discharged.

If you haven't already, start researching ibclc (especially one experienced in oral ties). They can help you with any struggles you might have in the beginning days of breastfeeding. Hospital lactation consultants aren't always ibclc ☺
