They should make this even more podcast style with different guests and cook steak for them

sometimes longer format videos feel like they're just dragging out but not this one, i genuinely enjoyed every minute of the video and didn't notice how quickly an hour ended. looking forward to seeing more of these

What works best for me on thick steaks, is to sear the top and bottom of the steak at high heat and then immediately put it onto a medium heat once you get that sear. I also cook the sides as I go, so you get an even cook throughout! Love watching this channel, I’ve grown up cooking steak and it’s one of my fave things to make for dinner, so this channel is so cool to me and gives me so much incentive to try new cuts. Love you guys!❤

I would love to see an about 30-40 minute video involving you and Bobbeh, another with Kevin, with Marvin. Discussions about sports, hobbies, past and future of TE. Family, brotherhood, beliefs and religion. Would love to have any opportunity to listen to you guys. Btw. I would adore a TE podcast!!!

I am in love with this format, you all just actually having discussions, and talking while cooking, and with shots of behind the scenes crew! I LOVE IT! Although, I do reccomend to use cups for your beer, cups allow for the foam to come out and can among other things help you feel less bloated AND it allows for more flavors and smells to come out, try it out :)

20 minutes in and I really like this format! So chill and enjoyable. I’m def gonna be looking forward to more of this style in the future!

I really enjoy this kind of format. Being home with 3 kids under 6 while trying to keep the house clean and at the same time enjoy something is rare. With this kind of video, I don't HAVE to watch, listening is fun enough. But I can also watch while feeding the baby and it is still enjoyable. Thank you for a good vid :)

You can reverse sear the steak. Cook it on the grill, indirect heat (turn on the first 2 burners and put the steaks on the far right), put in the thermometer and get it to 125-130 degrees. Then, sear it in the cast iron pan on SUPER HIGH HEAT. Sear for about a minute or two on each side. Boom, perfectly medium rare steaks!

This was by far the best episode of High Steaks that's been released. I adore the personal connection and listening to the conversation taking place while throwing in the funny moments and of course the steak reviews all being intertwined. It reminded me of the golf content Brian brought up and how it's just completely serious about the topic. This video just as it would yo be ata cook out, and had the added fun of guessing which steak was which. Well done, and please do more content like this!

I'm only 11 minutes in the video before I realized that this is an over an hour video and I am not complaining in the slightest. I absolutely love this type of video where someone is cooking and having a discussion about the future about what it will entail and what might happen to a "corporation" or company like Team Edge and Spellbound. It just is like a genuine thirst for knowledge and wanting another perspective.

I feel like a reunion of Team Edge would be awesome with some steaks and drinks! Your favorite videos and ideas! You could all watch compilations again or bring your own favorite moments and watch it together! You could also do a video talking about something like your favorite video games and why! Some of the things you learned from them and a message you held onto! I think that would be super interesting. Thanks as always for the awesome content!

Really good episode. Definitely keep the mystery as to which one is which (I wanted that in the previous episode and loved it in this one). I like Bryan's idea of trying to cook them more identically, hope that works out.

For thicker pieces of meat sear on the outside then put into a oven so that way you cook more evenly inside. Also always have a meat thermometer in hand.
