Hi Adam, what pulley are you using and modified? As if I remember the bolt holes on a standard c20let/xe uses more than 4 bolts? Thanks

Just something to note both parts you have welded are cast iron you've really got to be careful welding this stuff if you just use standard mild steel welding stuff it's will break although you can get special rods to weld it it's usually easier to use silicone bronze my friend who has a dino hazard trigger wheels fly off because they've been welded without silicone bronze the height of the rear track bar isn't really important it's more about the right length at the right angle

Had a brain fart about the breathing issue.. If you have a separate exhaust for each engine why not use a single exhaust for both so you can use exhaust pulse scavenging? The engines are essentially set up as a straight 8 so each cylinder fires separately and you might save a bit of weight in the process?

Going to be totally honest, I couldn’t watch some of you’re older videos, I found them irritating and boring, wasn’t a fan of the car either, but…… I have been following a few of you’re newer videos and they gave changed my opinion lol. Content is getting better, nice and informative, and also appreciate the car more as you are explaining things more in depth. Good job with both the channel and the car 👍👍. Hopefully get to see it at a show at some point.

Not that im an expert but the water pump doesnt run off the cambelt m8 they run from the Auxiliary belt

The water pump definitely runs off the cambelt (timing belt) on the c20/z20 engines mate, hence why it has toothed grooves on the pulley for the belt to sit in. It’s also the reason why most people with a z20 change the water pump and cambelt at the same time.

I run an external water pump which flows so much more water to cool both engines. If I had the factory water pumps in there it would restrict the flow.
