Why was the amount of gold per month changed from 69 to 109? It seemed like just a couple of sessions ago Neal had calculated that the party INCLUDING the henchmen would cost only 69 gp....

So I'll be honest, I stopped watching around episode three. Should I hop back into it? How does it stack up against other koibu campaigns like ToD, ToS, FF, and ODaM in your guys' opinion?

The story sorta resets in episode 7 (18 month timeskip). Things become more cohesive after that point too. The characters were far more chaotic and self-destructive before that point.

the story feels chaotic. not my favorite campaign because it seems grindy for gold and expenses with little story, but of course i'll still watch. ToD was peak for me

I didn't enjoy it at first and I dropped it as well. But like McTacky said, after the time skip-it becomes a pretty fun sandbox adventure with strong player characters and good relationships. Kind of like an anime where a lot of the content is episodic but occasionally you get something that links directly to the backstory of one of the characters and it goes from a fun romp too something super engaging. Grau and Renatis especially.

@@TopLaneChad I agree ToD has been amazingly good. I wish somewhen we get another campaign against the White prince in the dardens. So many places never Visited.
