@David Merlot a think it's safe to say dave he's more than likely easily upto a gram of most substances each week common knowledge is when you have took it for a long time which I'm sure he has your original protocol just doesn't quite cut it and the body needs more to get results

I just found out who Andrew is recently. Started watching his videos. Can’t get enough of watching this dude workout. He is humble, friendly, having fun, and approachable. More athletes should take a page from this guy

True. For sure healthier. But he doesn't look as big anymore on the other hand. Getting the classic physique look. But he don't need to weigh 130-150kg if he does not want to compete in men's open at the olympia or on highest strongman level. So it is fine yea👌
Those compressed DB presses at 50kg are dope. And, the pullovers at 225lbs are incredible. A, you get so much blood in your pecs and bis that they don’t even flex/move. Fun watching you monsters train.

There is a little something called off-season....why should a bodybuilder stay lean all year?....you're allowed to carry a little bit of extra weight when you're not in contest mode...got it?
He will start cutting you must not understand what he is doing he getting as thick as he can then will cut right before the show. Thats how its done. If he cuts to soon he will be too small on stage . Timing is so so important and critical. Only the best pull it off spot on.
Another reason is to gain size you have to get stronger the only way to get stronger is to put on mass. You cannot get bigger as easy being lean it just dont go hand in hand this is another reason why hes bulking then will pull the trigger x amount of weeks out from competing day to cut. This way you will get more muscle and look your best.
