means?
- my days are pretty filled right now
shooting, editing, working out,....
WHY?
cause 10 years back I had trainers that accepted me loosing kilos in 1 week just to drop down a whole weight class in kickboxing & regain them a week later again
also those trainers never had enough knowledge & more or less demotivated me
I wished I had a place, where I not just get personalized Trainings Plans & Meal Plans
BUT also a place where I get supported, motivated & learn to really get disciplined…
