Using a flywheel puller from www.rent-these-... we demonstrate the proper way to remove a flywheel. Among other repairs, it is necessary to remove the flywheel to replace the starter clutch and starter gear. These instructions can also be applied to the Honda CBR600RR CBR954RR and CBR1000RR.

Great video. Just thought id save you some trouble and let you know that font have to drain the oil if the bike is on a swingarm stand. The actual oil level is below both the clutch and stator covers. unless the engine was overfilled for some reason.

Do you replace the flywheel the same way?? Does it have to be in gear when you take it off. Thanks

I was running with my highlights for about an hour on my 929 , when I started my bike again my headlights , turning signal, taillight or my side lights won't come on ... Do you think it's the flywheel or maybe some cables or idk maybe the stator but the thing is that the motorcycle starts perfectly , that's why I'm sure it's not the battery
