@@JackCecil You will get there I have a lot a friend's in the music scene local and big groups as well I share your Hp Logic name around for anyone who would be interested in watching your content. That and I like to post them on my Facebook as well just in case any others would be interested in what you upload and hey it's also good to take a break away from the cars but saying that I've been enjoying your jet ski video content that you have been uploading.
@@JackCecil love the content man its a wide variety and always super helpful along the way. Also stunbled across the guy you sold that pajero to a couple years ago. He's still rocking the HP plate lol
Been enjoying the ski build, glad the work has paid off. 80 is comfortably quick, and the quality of the mods should keep it reliable. People don't realize how deceiving speed can be on the water.
Looked like you were riding lightning ⚡⚡🌩 Holy crap that thing is fast...!!!! 🔥🔥 Congrats on 80K...!! This channel should have WAY more subs with the awesome content you're putting out...
That's a "top loader" intake grate. The wings help direct water to the top of the pump, which is helpful in rough water. The wings also act as a spoiler to glue the ski to the water and that helps in cornering and stability. As far as it "blocking" water... I don't think so.. it probably flows more than the stock one.
At a certain speed, anything in the path of water flow will become a restriction. At lower speeds yes it will redirect water to starved areas in the pump tunnel, but as you increase speed, the effect diminishes and instead will become a restrictive element (as you said it will act as a wing). This restriction reduces the “stuffing” effect as speed goes up, exponentially.
Florida freshwater terrifies me. I went wakeboarding once and every time I fell I felt like I was about to be eaten by a gator lol. I am from the city 1000 miles from the ocean, wildlife is not something I am used to hahaha
Love your channel bro. Would like to see you buy a 550sx and do it up. They’re cheap and I live watching people learn to ride aha. Anyways I’m here for the long haul bud
PFff, you got me scared for a moment: this speed is good, you sounded like you reached your goal and done. Then you say now to update Carla's Ski and i was like: oh good, dont scare me like that, i (we) love to follow and see what and how you do things. And i still hope you got some things to do to this one, maybe not speed or so but.. i dont know. I just love what i see and what i can learn.
I know you had sponsors so cost was minimal for you can you do a real world cost break down and tell us fellow ski owners what we would pay out of pocket for this build doing the work ourselves. great video when we gonna see you and your better half race?
Hey Jack I just Noticed your safety strap is in front of the bars. I was always told the strap should be between me and the ski. Not sure if this is true, but I just always did it this way.
Hey Jack love the videos! was hoping to get some more info on the cappucino if you know it. What turbo and injectors was it running? ive heard of people running the ct9 turbo and injectors from a starlet and what is it running for engine management? a standalone or piggyback? or some sort of controller?
I record in 4K. My internet at the house is very slow (it’s an old house with no good service available). So i can’t upload high resolution. It won’t allow it.
Jack Cecil it makes sense now, I was just confused cause you have all the cool toys. But I lived in a house way in the woods before, 20 download and 10 upload on a good day so I know the struggle.
Time for Kanaflex intake, pump wedge and ride plate man, you're sucking a bunch of hot ass air. You'll be surprised how much power its going to pick up.
He’s not taking any of our business. He started his own shop on the side while working at hp and didn’t tell us. Then told us he wanted to stop working on cars and Pursue real estate with his wife. But actually was just hiding his intentions to start a shop right down the street.
@@JackCecili watch your videos and to me it just seems a little less fuller the usual now i could be wrong because im not there but im glad HPLOGIC is going strong really love what you do 🤙🏼
