Thanks for watching! Hope it explains what we have been up to this last month, and why it was important for us to do We are back to normal content next week, where we return back to the UK and start van life again 🎉
As a indian , i know for sure that this is not kundalini yoga....This is normal Hatta yoga practices. The candel watching is called Tratak in Sanskrit. I wish all forieners would understand that nobody will teach them kundalini yoga unless they have certain years of yoga practice. Yoga in 4 weeks is not even learning Hatta yoga properly. if you want to learn yoga properly there are some legit institutions you should approch ( Iyangar yoga institution in pune, RIshikesh or Dharamkot, The yoga institute in Mumbai , Shri shri ravishankar cource of yoga, Issha yoga center, yoga vidya niketan in Navi mumbai) Kindly dont fall for this generic basic yoga courses just because they are convinient for your timelines of travelling or atleast dont call them big terms like kundalini yoga. For kriya yoga kindly cantact the organization who has publish that book on yogananda. They are really good people. i hope this information will help people who are not born in indian culture. May you find your spiritual Guru in this lifetime. Namaste.
It's not enough to say as Indian, you should capable to know what is Yoga and levels. And how to teach children and even it takes a life to be perfect how to teach in just few days and why it's necessary to follow for atleast 21 days, how to stretch, hath yoga, acceptance of your self, train your brain to follow you and go to next level. So as I first come to know about this type of course because our parents teaches us since childhood we kwon it's approx impossible to learn in few days. And without practice, even you can get benifits of exercise in gym in few days, remember continues practice is most important.even in whatever profession you are, there is the will there is the way.. we also worship God for approx one hour and handling significant good medium size businesses. So keep practicing...
and to add to this... unless you've prepped for years to have a Kundalini awakening you don't want to awaken that energy. I did 3 years of prep work and my awakening still overwhelmed me for a time
Yes...Isha yoga center coimbathore is the best❤ but before doing classical hatha yoga I suggest you to learn Shambavi mahamudra kriya(Inner engineering)..then complete a mandala...❤❤❤🙏🙏
What an amazing country India is. You will never be the same again I hope it doesnt make England seem a bit flat for you. My life feels very dull down here in Kiwi land 😢 when I see the vibrancy of India Good for you xxx
Dear Janine and Liam, nothing happens randomly. This was meant to be.. gentle Janine had to undergo these tranformations to let go of her past life traumas and dis-eases. Both of you complement each other so beautifully, you uplift each other spiritually, emotionally and mentally. What a blessed pair! Congratulations on your spiritual growth, you will continue to touch more lives in meaningful ways. Both of you look radiant, and loving. Stay blessed!
India, its wonderful people, and their culture have potentially uplifted you to the next level; like a spiritual Spring readying you to enjoy Summer in the UK. Thank you for sharing this part of your life's journey.
You guys are so bloody inspiring. Congrats on your month learning and training your bodies, and now qualified. So many people over 40 don't move their bodies enough for lots of reasons: illness, physical or emotional, etc. Its amazing how wonderful you can feel, by doing simple stretches every day. Just impressive and especially for Janine. I hope she is better. XX
not really, once the plane doors are opened you are immediately hit with the smell of cow dung mixed in with human faeces, the streets are infected with rabid dogs, beggars and scam artists are trying to rip you off, white women are preyed upon and groped in public, Do I need to say more??
Love that post ❤ you two are such open-minded and kind people, and open to explore all aspects of life. So uplifting to watch you guys, keep going 😊 xx
What a beautiful and inspiring journey. Liam you are very articulate at sharing both of yours and Janine’s experiences 💫 I loved every moment of your Indian travel videos ❤ So incredible!!! There is no doubt you and Janine will carry the essence of India in your body, mind and spirit for a lifetime 🙏🏼🪷🧘🏽📿
This was so inspiring and informing 💜I had tears in my eyes at the deep situation with Janine, as I deal with similar things myself and experienced the outburst of emotions during a yoga class before. It's crazy what it awakens in yourself. How you get down to earth during these practices. It's like everything stops for a while and both time and body slow down completely. I'm glad that you went for it, and proud how it all turned out. Excited for you to come back to the UK. And whatever you decide to do next, I know it will be amazing. With a stronger mind and energy 💜
Kimiperi I too felt the strong emotions along with Janine. I did my teacher training in India in 2018 and cried everyday. But it did transform me. I ended up spending 3 years alone in India after the course as I developed alot of courage to do such a thing. However I had to return to the UK as I have too much going on in the family now. So when I can head back to India I will have to start at the very beginning of yet another healing journey due to the build up of toxicity in my mind and body. The UK has thrown me due to my circumstances here but it's all meant to be
Hello from Rhodes Greece 🥰. I cried so much that I had to stop the video. Oh my goodness Jenine you are so amazing and Liam loves you so much. You both are so precious, bless you both 🙏 and your lovely families for bringing such beautiful human beings into this world. I am crying again. Thank you for being yourselves. Bless you both ❤️ I have no words 🙏
Despina yes it REALLY was a very profound and emotional vlog wasn't it. It brought back so many emotional memories from my yoga teacher training course in India during 2018 ❤
Congratulations dear friends. What an achievement ! You are both so impressive. Ive been doing this work for decades so l know how hard you’ve worked and l have great respect for you. You both look clearer and bright eyed. Now back to Morgan and let’s get on the road please. Love and light. 🙏 🌈
Loved this episode so much. Very powerful. I've watched every one of your episodes in India and it's been a very spiritual journey. It'll be quite a culture shock when you land in Heathrow and rev up Morgan again. Safe travels.
What an incredible experience you guys have had in India. Living life on your own terms and constantly seeking new adventures ! You guys are an absolute inspiration !! LOVED this ! Liam, you are such an incredible husband. How you look at and adore Janeen is just beautiful. You're two pretty amazing people :)
Full of surprises and delight. I never use this word but this was awesome, brave and full of hope and inspiration. Congratulations on facing a lot of stuff and coming through ❤
It was by far the most captivating vlog of the incredible challenge you both undertaken. Am so so happy you took the time to be heal yourselves - as we say in Asia, if God brings you to It, he will bring you thru it. Qualified yoga teachers To top it all off - looking forward how things will pan out as u travel back with Morgan but do miss Pete for all the mishaps it might have brought. Be well always ❤
What a uniquely inspiring conclusion to your fabulous journey throughout India!! Thank you for your smoothly delivered and detailed description of ur time with Janine at the school, Liam. In the past, I have made a few attempts at yoga and learned that one's level of comfort and enlightenment was solely dependent on the quality of the teaching and the teacher! In the US in my expwrience, (where, I understand the yoga movement really ignited originally), the teachers clearly favored students who had previous successful experience with yoga, creating a competitive atmosphere in the classroom, while offering newcomers little attention and support, leading to feelings of isolation. This is why my yoga learning experiences have been mostly negative (traumatic). You and Janine, due to your great emotional intelligence, care and thoughtfulness for others will make you THE VERY BEST yoga teachers! You have an enormous heart ❤ and soul, and it would be a privilege to be your student! Again, thank you so much for taking us on this journey: you two are loved so much for it. Kiss India good bye for us with gratitude. ❤
Amazing articulate description of your Yoga experiences Glad you mentioned Paramahansa Yogananda and his book Autobioghraphy of a Yogi , it also describes his journey and some of his experiences teaching Kriya Yoga ,Indias gift to the World Thank you to both for sharing this.
Wow! What an awesome thing to do. This video gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes whilst watching. I am so happy for you both. VERY inspiring! 🕉 ❤
This episode was Huge emotionally spiritually and informatively, can't describe how i feel watching your all India journey I wish and pray you be much blessed Liam and Janine...Thankyou for filming this beautiful story of yours so beautifully.... Hugs!!!!!
@@travellingyoginikas Also, inspired from this video I just enrolled to a new yoga course moving ahead in learning and adopting the kriya yoga path 🙏 har har mahadev
So happy to have been a part of your kundalini journey at WPYS. You are now part of the family and we hope to see you back again. May you continue to grow, learn and experience all the magic on your yogic path. Love & light Amma ❤
Wow. !! Congratulations..!!! 🌺🌷🌺🌷🌺 I have gone thru a kundalini class yoga, couple of years ago. It was extra hard for me, because I had cancer in the tonsils..without knowing it. It was, thankfully, for very new beginners - I Could have Died, because the difficulties to Breathe..!!
Thank you guys for sharing your intense four week course. The way you embrace life experiences that come your way is both interesting and inspirational. ❤️
You two are amazing!!! I've been sharing your journey with a man from India that runs our local convenience store. Can't wait for him to see this. Love you❤
You both are inspiring so many people to live alternatively, to accomplish goals and to live in the moment. I've loved following along with you both on this Indian and spiritual journey ❤🙏🍀
You are both so inspirational. I admire how you both challenge yourselves and fully immerse in whatever you are experiencing. Thank you so much for taking us on your journey. I feel like I have learned so much from you both. ❤
What an incredible way to complete your journey and stay in India. Supa CONGRATS for taking on the challenge & following it through to qualifying. Your journey continues onwards & upwards - YAY!! xxx
I just love both of you so much , what lovely people you are. Im in my late 70s now and was a hippy doing your trip in 1973, lndia always changes, people its a very magic place ❤🎉 best of luck to you both
Go on Janine! I love your spirit and your true purity shines thru. I really hope all this has helped you feel stronger in yourself. Sometimes I wonder if all these travels are more than you need but I believe in you to know your truth! Liam thanks for all the teaching in this, it was very interesting and I feel much more educated. Thanks both for sharing your experiences
Wow that was so interesting. Congratulations 🎉on passing the course. You both are so brave in going through all that but are looking so much better at the end. Both you and Jannine's eyes are sparking. There's so much more to our bodies and brain that we will never know. India just seems to suit you both, you fit in. It's going to be hard to adjust to life back in the UK now. You could become travelling Yoga teachers. Safe journey home.
This was truly the icing on the cake ! You've stirred sweet things within me. You've inspired me to be my own best me, whatever form that takes, right here where I am. What beautiful, positive ripples you create. I appreciate each one, eager keep them in motion. What a gift you have to touch so many in such meaningful , uplifting ways. Thank you for sharing ! Thank you so very, very much.
Loved this video, wow what an amazing achievement for you both. I cried with joy about Janine releasing her deepest demons and becoming a free spirit. ❤
Wow guys what an amazing journey, so inspirational and a brilliant ending to your India experience. I was very moved by Janine's experience and was sobbing when I watched it. You are both beautiful souls. Looking forward to what unfolds next for you. Namaste ❤
I’ve really enjoyed watching your van life for quite a while now but I have loved watching your Indian journey. I was starting to get a little worried when you hadn’t posted anything for a while. I’m glad you have experienced such a awesome personal journey that you are both on 😊
Buzzin for you and with you watching this , i loved my time in Rishikesh when i was in India really felt at home there, you guys are awesome pushing your personal boundaries and expanding inwards and out blessings thank you both Xx
Wow you guys really extracted the essence of Bharat for yourselves! So proud of you both for all the things you'll are doing. By the way let me tell you, looking at your wife from the previous videos itself, she came across so beautiful and simple and most important, genuine! So really about people stopping her and saying things after your Kundalini YogA came much later for me 😊
Lovely to see you again! Amazing time you had. Also heart touching to see Autobiography of a Yogi book cover. I read it years ago also. Yoga is India's gift to the world. It has literally saved my life many times. I always think that the cause of mental illness is not taking the time to look inside us. Looking inside ourselves is the real challenge as you so rightly put it Liam and it is where we find happiness and peace. No doubt in this. Everything else is a distraction, however enjoyable. Thanks for another enthralling episode of how the Days live life to the full while expanding their consciousness in awareness. 😂😊 Om Shanti Om
Kundalini is actually my plan for my time in Rishikesh too! But currently I am in Bali doing a normal mixed style yoga teacher training course (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, etc) and also doing courses in reiki, qigong and drumming, and taking part in kirtans and learning about eastern philosophy. I tried kundalini yoga a couple of times and have yet to make it through a full class without stopping! So I’m thinking that all I am doing here will be prep for the India leg of my spiritual journey!
Well Morgan +2 that's another string to your bow now that you are qualified yoga teachers 😊🎉 very interesting viewing this & although it's not my cuppa tea I've enough intelligence to realise it's everyone to their own & you've done bloody well in what you've achieved whist being in India ! Looking forward to seeing you back in the UK in the upcoming vlogs 👍💯
What a truly inspiring and emotional journey. It made me cry listening to how Janine’s anxiety welled up like it did. Well done for seeing it through and seemingly happier and more fulfilled for the whole experience. 🤗
“It’s a funny old world isn’t it?”-Liam. Was an energy channelling through you Liam? Verbally you did not miss a step in bringing us to your and Janine’s month. I have read a lot about PTSD and what Janine went through and how her mentor led her through the experience aligns very much with my readings. The joy and energy of the two of you-'sheer delight' as Milarepa would say. I deeply appreciate you sharing this transformative month with us. Thank-you, namaste.
I have just watched this vlog. Liam and Janine what can I say....... Straight from my heart I can tell you that I have never seen a ttc vlog as good as this one. A lot of vlogs capture the routines and not the emotions. I felt the emotions along with you as it really brought back memories from my ttc in India. Also the photography was beyond measure. Yes ttc courses do break you before they make you. I too felt profound changes post yoga course. Oh and...... As for no caffeine and junk food whilst awaking at 4am. Hmmmmm....... In the early days I would sneak out for crisps, Oreo cookies and a good old chai. But that soon stopped as my transformation began and within the period of one month I lost 12lbs. I have to admit we also had ayurveda teachings on my course and that had to be my favourite part along with the hatha yoga. As for you guys doing Kundalini. Well...... that's another level so very well done. Can't wait for you to have adventures back in Morgan again. Love namaste and Blessings Kas ❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️
@@ThoseHappyDays Liam and Janine you r both welcome. The Kundalini ttc was PROFOUND. I don't know how you did it as it's a MAJOR healing type of yoga. In all honesty I can't do it. Give me hatha and ayurveda anyway. Oh and by the way I do love doing 108 sun salutations for sure ☀️🙏 Since being back in the UK I have had major pains and stiffness in my joints so I find yoga harder to do here. But in India I don't suffer with such pains and nor do I struggle with flexibility. Must be the magic of the Indian sun. ♥️ My life in the UK is pure craziness but despite whats going on I do still have that inner happiness. It took a good old ttc to give me that inner happiness despite external circumstance. A course that broke me down Into a major depression and then helped me rise about it all. Shanti Shanti Shanti Om ❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️❤️🕉️
Wow!! What an incredible journey you’ve both been on. ❤️ Thanks for allowing us to accompany you to India. 🇮🇳 The people are incredible, that’s the most I’ve took from your adventures. I look forward to more adventures in Morgan 🚛 Congrats to you both ❤️ but a special congrats 🎉 to Janine who doesn’t like to do all the academic stuff. We already know you’re extremely clever, your editing is top notch, like you’d see on ITV Primetime. I know it must’ve been difficult when you can doubt yourself, but you’ve proved you’re a warrior 🙏 I’m so glad you’ve got so much from especially this last month, Janine 🩷 Welcome home guys x
WOW, amazing journeys your both on, it’s easier to go through your life’s path together as one. I love my husband and all what I do on mine he is beautifully at my side. Thank you both for sharing your journey. Much love and stay safe ❤
Wow what an amazing experience you both had. I think it’s very brave to do this kinda thing, step out of your comfort zone and stick with the process despite the physical and emotional effect it had on you both. This was another beautifully edited video that made me both cry and smile. Thank you for sharing your journey around India, I’ve absolutely loved feeling a part of it. Have a safe journey back to Blighty ❤
I don't have words to express my gratitude towards you, thanks a lot for doing this indian practice, hope you guys do great in ur life and hmm whenever you are coming to india again plzz come to places like VRINDAVAN, AYODHYA AND VARANASI❤
After all this kundlini yoga experience and spirituality what you attain in india made you guys a whole different person from inside and out for sure😊 you guys r most welcomed in the world of spirituality ❤hare krishna hare rama
Fascinating how life pans out, sometimes you just need to not be scared and take that chance or journey and see where it leads. " “There is nothing wrong in dreaming, they can always happen” xx
I tried to watch this at night and kept falling asleep (6 little children) I finally watched the rest whilst making breakfast. 💚 Well done. Congratulations to you both. 🙏🏾
❤ to both of you, really beautiful couple who compliment each other so well. All your videos are incredible, hats off to both of you, so down to earth........ marvelously filmed. Thank you for making us tour also with your wonderful journey. Stay blessed ❤
Wish you the very best in your quest to learn newer things. Am sure while you may have seen day to day challenges and struggle in surviving in India, the rich experience you've gained would have changed you forever and a different kind of love and affection for this wierd but loveable country. All the very best !!!
With respect but you’ve reminded me once I accidentally went to a kundalini yoga class at uni and it all seemed a bit bonkers ! But respect as what a full way to experience it ❤
So thrilled that you have gotten so much personally out of this trip because on a selfish level, I've got so much enjoyment from watching it would be sad if you two lovely people hadn't too 🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely amazing journey of awakening for both you and Janine. I actually cried as you were sharing Janine’s transformation experience. Thank you Liam and Janine🙏🏼
Well done to both of you. A brilliant achievement to complete before you leave India. You’ve had an amazing time out there and a whole host of life changing experiences, which was the original intention to begin with with the money left to you by Grandad Pete. Mission accomplished I think. I’ve absolutely loved watching your India playlist and it’s definitely made me even more determined to go there myself. I’m looking forward to watching your return to Morgan and British based travels again, I’m living on the road with my child in our 7.5 ton conversion now, just about to set off around the coast of the British Isles, so maybe see you on the road somewhere.
I’ve been following you both for a long time and really enjoy your travels. Although you put a positive spin on this experience it does appear that you both suffered in the process ??! and I wouldn’t want to go through that! I’m Christian and will pray for you both for healing.
This was so wonderful, very moving. I cried nearly the whole way through, mot even sure why, it was just very emotional and beautiful. Your willingness to touch raw places, be so open and authentic, is inspiring.
So inspirational I could feel how free and full of energy you became. Cutting off the emotional shackles that can lead to so much physical illness, this is a true enlightening and I loved watching every second. Thank you 🙏
Hi! I love your channel and thoroughly enjoy watching the pair of you! You are both extremely real and humble. Congratulations on your achievement in becoming Yoga teachers! Fantastic! 😍
Well done to you 2. Proud of you Janine, hope you feel much better now. Strange how things from our past manifest isn't it? Looking forward to welcoming you back home in Morgan. Keep warm & smiling, Liam's a gem, just like my hubby, he'll look after you ❤
Congratulations on coming through your past month. Hope you're both OK and returned to some equilibrium, albeit with even greater insight and awareness. I've witnessed first hand how an intense spiritual atmosphere can stir up emotions and affect people, especially when using yoga techniques. What people dont realise is how intensive and strenuous it can be to embrace spiritual practices, and you have to be equipped and strong enough. I liken ashram life to an Olympics training camp which is nothing like 'jogging in the park' its so much more demanding. As Paramahansa Yogananda said, the 'brain is like a lightbulb', you have to increase its resilience and wattage through discipline, practice and techniques in readiness for turning on the (kundalini) power. Too quick and too early can blow the bulb. I've seen quite a few people who have overdone it and been affected mentally, permanently. Great to seeing you're both OK and wish you well going forward, as a major shift in perspective can change how you view everything. Hope you've both recovered, and are feeling stronger and fulfilled. I can fully empathise as I took a similar step many years ago. Peace Out!🙏😊
Well what a journey you’ve had , you should be so proud of yourselves. Life back in the uk will be strange but you will always have those precious memories and experience to recall.xx
You are both amazing and endearing couple I watch all your videos, this one was so inspiring at the end I nearly cried at what you both achieved, can’t wait to see back in the uk, refreshed and ready to take on all the challenges you may face. Good luck xx❤
