Hi! We're Nick and Jen, a retired military veteran of 14 years and professional dancer/entertainer at Coyote Ugly Bar. Together, we decided to sell everything and break free of the glitz, glam and chaos of city life to move off gird. We live on our 20 acres of remote land in the mountains of Southern Utah.

Sounds like they you have the Natural Gas orifice in your stove and you are using propane. A propane stove orifice size is about 0.082 inches (drill size 45), but the valve on a similar stove that uses natural gas needs an orifice that is almost 0.125 inches (drill size 35). Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner is the best cartoon.

still looks like you have Natural gas jets in the range not propane from the flames. or maybe line pressures to high from bad regulator on the tank.

Are you not under warranty? Why do you have to do the repair. ? In the oven there is a different gas jet and the Venturi air tube needs to be adjusted. If they replace the oven have them convert it before you pick it up.

The best thing we did after getting somewhat settled was to get our well drilled something to be amazed at how much time you save not having to worry about water levels and going to get it! Just a thought..

Don't forget to install the anti-tilt brace for the stove. You have little kids and they might step on the door one day and it would fall forward onto them.

Definitely get a full size traeger and use that to bake. I use mine for pizzas and everything else.

Stay positive it will get done. We went through the same thing with 5 refrigerators. Frustrating but persistent payed off. Great video always a pleasure to watch and see the progress. Keep it up and going.

If you want to avoid break out when you saw a piece of wood, scribe a line with a utility knife just behind your cut, maybe a 1/16" or 1/8" that way you get a much cleaner cut ✂️ 😊

I went without an oven for a whole summer a few years ago. My oven was just plain dead. I bought a new one. Not a big deal to me but I don't have 2 kids to feed. Maybe you have the gas and propane valves mixed up. Love the closet and your kitties.

That stove, didnt you have the same problem with the washing machine?. The shelf looks good, !! great choices of music for background. What a wasted journey to Notget water,!! wasnt there somebody down there you could have phoned before you left to see if it was working?. Did you know that Rain ( = Water) comes down from the sky hits a cold spot turns to snow.!! If you get short of water maybe get some clean snow put it in the tanks and it will turn to water!!😁Love the video Love from UK x x @ 3.40 in the afternoon.

It looks like its not drawing in enough oxygen, is the venturi/air mixture area on the burner tube free from obstructions and adjusted correctly. Something is causing the incorrect mixture of air/fuel. Goodluck getting it fixed soon!

My parents lived on Catalina Island and the city "natural gas" was propane with added air. I know you are on just propane, but the fix for them was to reduce the air to the flames by pinching the air supply line on the oven. As others have said make sure you have LP orifices.

Hey you guys, Nice job on the shelving! You could have kept the top shelve the total length. Take out the center section, put the top shelve in loose, raise it up to the top for room for the center section. then slide your center shelving in and fasten them all down.

I'm thinking jet size(that's a liquid gas term, not sure of gas vapor size is called) is wrong, or it's getting too much pressure, but then again, I'd think, if that was the case, the stove top should be wrong too. Johnny Quest, Scooby do, and The Archie's were my go to. Oh ok, I liked Casper the friendly ghost also

Wrong orifice installed? The orifices are different btw gas and propane.

For most home stoves that I have ever encountered all have a screw adjustment on them so you can adjust the flame on the top burners, on the pilots, and on the oven flame. I don't know if this is true for modern electric type stoves. Between the screw adjustments and the Offices they are very customizable. There is also FYI a temperature adjustment under the oven knob to calibrate the oven temp with the numbers on the oven knob. And did the technician check the ""Air to Gas"" ..... mixture? After seeing the color of the oven flame I would look into that as well. P.S. Love the kids closet upgrade!! Good Luck, Me southern AZ.

You should put a sheet of plastic underneath your stove and refrigerator to protect your floor just in case you have a incident 😉

You will need different size jets and a different regular at the stove for propane. There must be a regular at the tank. Propane is much higher pressure than natural gas. natural gas measures at about.05 ft lbs , propane is about 250 ft lbs coming out of the tank. Thats why you have a flame thrower at the oven. You need a regular that changes from ft lbs to inches. Is your water heater propane? If so mimic that set up, but change the jets too. Happy cooking.

Should put the closet rods on the bottom shelf do the kids can reach it. Otherwise you will be hanging up and taking down their clothes for them. 😁

Have you verified the lp pressure after the regulator and before the stove? Should be 10-11 inches of water for lp and less then 1/2 that for natural gas. Should be a seen at the stove

You need to put gutters on the roof of your water tank build two get run off. You then will have plenty. I said that back when you put the roof on it.

The reason why you are getting those yellow flame is because the stove was set up for NG gas not propane what you. Need to do is change the gets

You have it on video that you changed a part in the stove. Will that ruin your warranty? Just get another stove and have a professional hook it up for you. There has been to many houses blowing up from propane problems. Hate to see your family getting hurt.
