It's been months since we've seen my 2002 Harley-Davidson VRSC that had a very rough 34,000 mile life. Today we're going after some big issues including the broken braking system and the bald dry-rotted tires. The Harley fought back with a wheel bearing that has completely seized onto the axles and no matter what we tried we couldn't get it loose. The plan was to try heat to get the rear axle out and if that didn't work, cut through the axle and the spacer. While I was out having fun with the Porsche the axle was magically removed!
