Its the disinformation they spread, first the clown inside admitting he can do it then saying we dont give you permission, then another one claiming you cannot film cars and their private registration numbers while most lorries have dash cams, many employers have CCTV cameras around their site and police speed cameras and traffic monoitoring cameras, and they are different? idiot. Most pet food manufacturers really don’t want the public knowing what is going into the product. Eight out of ten pet owners would stop feeding their pets any manufactured pet foods if they knew what went into it.🤢🤮💩

Having keep Dogs as well as Cats most of my life , you tend to get what you pay for other then Bakers, that is not cheep and banned in some countries . The best Dog food out there is what you could eat yourself ! Chicken, Mince beef with a bag of veg and a cup of brown rice , topped with a couple of tins of sardines .Yum !

For instance, they all know that you rate them out of 10 at the end of every video on a set of arbitrary criteria you made up and they might get massive booo. Great free advertising for them. Mate don't kid yourself, there's no way any sane business savy person would agree to 'free advertising' with someone who isn't going to be clear on what they're doing, how they're going to edit, what they're agenda is. I don’t have any problem with the content of most of these videos (I find the interactions interesting), but I’ve already blocked a couple of auditing channels because of the numerous racist and misogynistic comments, some of which have been acknowledged, and sometimes even approved (e.g, thumbs-up, laughing), by the channel-owner.

With a legal reason you can find a vehicle owner but your request could be forwarded to the Police. A valid reason might be a hit and run encounter or suspicion that you are being surveilled or harassed.

Not true. Anyone can request details from the DVLA. The form you complete is a V888 but you need a 'reasonable cause' for the request to be approved.

Like I said, Joe blogs can't get PERSONAL details, if someone from the police or dvla decided to get details then they are the ones being unlawful. Google maps have to blur the registration, one man with a camera does not have to, I can't remember the technical reasons why Google have to blur and a public individual doesn't have to. BP is being lawful, same as if I was just doing a walking blog of St Ives and I catch number plates, it's lawful for me to post on utube. I've never seen walking content creators having to blur number plates, ever.

It's for staff, contractors, and people who have business with the company to use. I understand perfectly what these videos are for. You have no business to be there. If you stayed on public land and they come to you, then that's down to them, but going into someone's workplace, then putting them on the Internet is extremely rude and intrusive. You don't show your face, why put theirs on ? I understand what these videos are about, creating content to make revenue. The more negative the interaction the more views. These people you target don't owe you anything because you have a camera and you certainly don't get millions of views

@@mikeel6074 LOL, you just dont understand do you? my "business" there was to inform them of what I am doing to hopefully STOP anyone coming outside when I am filming and kicking off, and no matter what you say, a reception is for ALL visitors, of which I was one at that time. If that is you impression of why I do what I do then please STOP WATCHING MY CHANNEL, oh, also, EVERY comment, good or bad, REALLY helps the video analytics which increases views and hence increases revenue, so go ahead keep commenting as the revenue keeps going up!

Legally speaking it's a smart approach to take. Without giving permission they could sue him in civil court for trespass (I'm not saying they will be successful). By giving permission they remove this option.

What a big letdown the Management of C&D Foods was. 💩💩 She hadn't even got the common decency to listen to what you were saying, simply stating that they weren't giving their permission for you to film, even though you didn't request their permission as permission was NOT being sought. 💩💩 You simply entered their premises, BP, to courteously inform them of what you were going to do. ✔ Her reverse psychology was abysmally poor. i.e. her 'making out' that because she has no idea who you are, nor what your intentions are, simply to get you to comply by giving her the information that SHE was after. 💩💩 Nice of that lawyer (sic) to inform you that you can't take photographs of her car as it's illegal, even though she probably drives past many cars that have cameras, houses that have cameras, shops that have cameras, all of which will be capturing her car registration. 💩💩 Nice drone footage, BP, and good to see that they'd got solar panels. ✅☑✔♥♥ It's a shame that no-one, apparently, had the intelligence within that company to see the benefits of free publicity.💩💩

The 'Pink Lady' had the ONE JOB oppertunity , to positively represent her company , and whilst doing so she still could have made it clear that she was not giving permission, but given that she KNEW it was a Failt accompli , her better option would have been to make it as best a marketing opportunity as she could .
