Yes. Being physically fit is the closest thing we have to a magic health pill, in that it carries SIGNIFICANT preventative benefits for things like heart health, cognitive function, cancer risk and so much more. All it takes is 1-3 hours of moderate-high level of activity a week. So please people, find something active you enjoy doing and do it. Future you and your loved ones will thank you.

Im 6 foot 5 and would definitely trade height for a little extra down south, who needs to be 6 foor 5? I tried getting into jogging and got taken out by so many trees, nobody NEEDS to be this tall.

I think the best physical buff would be cell reproduction, like that of a 20ish year old or younger. Where the cells never get old and struggle, they would just stay healthy no matter how many times they split or whatever. Stay youthful and relatively healthy forever. i'd be willing to give up some crazy shit for that

I would take Ko's side effect from World Trigger 100% effective knowledge retention after sleep. Just fully master anything you had engaged in learning upon sleeping instead of having to do repeated work for it. I'll take a negative side effect for that all day.

100x zoom has gotten crazy. I took a pic of a school on top of a hill from the opposite side of the valley at least a few kilometers away. I could see people moving around, and some of the details on the buildings it's insane
