One of my favorite things to do now is ask myself what would the person I want to be, do? I would do those things. Reminding myself that each action is the vote for the person I am becoming. The person I want to be. You can do it too!

Great timing HINDZ. I've got a lot of good things going for me right now, but February has been a month of wild mood swings, and negativity towards myself. Despite the significant progress I've made on a macro scale, I obsess over the day to day mistakes, and always hyper analyze how behind I perceive myself to be. I've certainly been feeling like bamboo lol.
