Hardwork outperforming talent is 100% true! I am a musician and I see this constantly. I will meet people who are so talented who want to work with me, but we are unable to finish anything because I’m doing my part and I cannot get anything out of them, or they are disorganized. There’s so many people who are naturally gifted, who will not see what it can do because they just do not have the organization and drive.

I just want to say, you have helped me vibe on a whole nother level Hindz. You mentioned that you stopped the music and started video. last year that same thing happened to me. underground super producer turned video editor and creator. I need to nourish my gift as I use my music expression daily. It was an amazing shift in my workflow as I now use Adobe after effects for typography edits. I never did video like a pro until last year, and so I put together a project with over 100 edits and I knew nothing about it! but it came to me and thats so awesome that you mentioned this. The more inwork for the wirld we have today the more i feel like i keep pushing my artist down. I let the world tell me i couldnt do it and now i regret listening to it. I want my art to be out there so bad i want to ahow the world who i am and my heart is crying for me to do so because i have talent and im told all the time i do and yet i doubt i do because of my low confidence and the depression ive developed over the years. Its time i really listen to myself.

i startet with songwriting to years ago. Anytime i thought about i should strarted earlier to be a great artist . As my mom told i need to have talent for it to get succesful. But how do you explain succes? i think you have your own vision of succes . So i looked back to my old written songs and i realized how far ive gone. I work a boring 9/5 job yet but I started to learn new skills like producing and marketing . its one of the hardest times but im happier then ive ever been before.
