Ukrainian FM did not tell that Ukraina has started to move lots of troops and weapons to Donbass borders several weeks ago. There were lots of media reports of that. Russia started just few days ago to secure their borders with more military troops after they saw Ukraine military buildup.
Always strive for peace and negotiations Ukraine and your country will be better for it. Weve got eyes on Russia and their military. Its hard to move that much equipment around and NOT get noticed. Keep that door open to negotiate for a peaceful solution no matter what Putin says.
